So I recently remodeled my kitchen, I ordered granite tops from Diamond Cut Countertops in Georgia, I purchased a black granite Kohler sink, nearly identical to my previous sink of 10 years, but mistakenly purchased a top mount, I grabbed the wrong box. Anyway, the granite guy suggested I buy one of the sinks that he promoted as a good quality and comparable replacement to Kohler, he suggested a Mazi sink. Let me start by saying that my previous sink was in near perfect condition after 10 years of use, no visible damage or scratches, and we used it daily without any protective "GRIDS" in the basins. After 3 months of normal use, using no abrasive cleaners and no harsh chemicals to clean, my less than 3 month old Mazi sink looks terrible, the granite is scratched terribly and definitely looks worse than my previous 10 year old Kohler. I contacted my granite guy, who immediately referred me to Mazi, and said that all sink issues are the responsibility of Mazi, as they provide the warranty for their sinks. Next I contacted Mazi, and that's when I realized I bought the wrong sink for me. I'm not sure who I spoke with, as he didnt provide his name, but he did inform me that I wasnt taking proper care of my sink, he suggested that I purchase protective GRIDS from him, Maybe it's just me, but I bought the granite sink for the beauty and durability of the sink, and the last thing I want to do is put a GRID, in the sink, he did offer to send someone out to polish the sink for me,,I'm sorry, if a sink scratches this easily, polishing it is only a temporary solution as the scratches will return with daily use, the website says scratch resistant when you look up their granite sinks, I have dated pictures of my sink that say otherwise. He was nice enough to give me an analogy when I asked for a refund, he said imagine you buy a car and try to return it because you scratched it,, I informed him that Mazi advertises scratch resistant sinks and that I have never seen a scratch resistant car. He also told me that my countertop guy would need to contact them, as he is the customer and that I am not , since I purchased their new sink from the countertop guy, and not directly from Mazi. Basically after many text messages back and forth he told me to please not contact them anymore until they heard from the "builder". So now I have a 3 month old sink, scratched from normal use, with a 1 year warranty that does nothing for me. I noticed in the reviews that another person said that the sinks scratch easily, I wish I would have read that review before agreeing to buy this one. So at this point if I want a scratch free sink, I will need to spend almost $500 more for a Kohler sink and then another $300 to have it installed by a plumber. I also noticed that the Mazi sink is considerably lighter in weight than the Kohler I had purchased, not sure if that's why mine scratched so easily, this sink literally scratches by sliding a normal dinner plate or drinking glass across it. The sink does look great installed, and with a small amount of olive oil applied after cleaning it, looks better for a few days. But still looks scratched and the application of oil will have to be redone twice per week to make it look slightly better, but does not make the scratches go away. Again this review is only for the Mazi granite sink that I purchased,, I have no idea about any other products they sell, but in the future I will definitely check a company and products reviews and see their ratings with the BBB, Better Business Bureau, before purchasing.

DO NOT BUY. If I could give this guy 0 start I would. The worst customer service and OVERPRICED. I don’t know who this guy thinks he is but he was very condescending to me as well as his workers. Do not give this guy your business.
