One of the smallest mclane facilities I have been but I had great experience.
Previous reviews helped to understand
How to check in.
Most of negative reviews I don't take seriously until I check it out myself.
My appointment 3am
Arrived 11pm parked in the middle on the street like other 5 trucks. Called 11:55pm
Was told to wait for call back and about 12:30am same lady came outside and collected paperwork from all 5 trucks.
Everyone got their door .they started almost right away and finished 1:45am.
Biggest surprise was how quickly lumper link was received and pod's in my hand 15 minutes later.WOW!
2am I nwas on my way .appt was 3am.

We were 3 hrs early for our appointment. They put us right in the dock. Wasn't too busy. Getting into the dock was tight but manageable.

Simple and straightforward place to unload. Be sure to call ahead (at least 10mins) prior to arrival: provide PO# and you’ll be assigned a dock granted one is available. There isn’t any on site parking nor any close by if you need to wait so if there’s a wait you can at least park on exit ramp. Check in at guard shack and fill out entry form with your name, PO#, phone number, seal number and company name. Check in at shipping office upon docking and provide paperwork. Lumper fee via check as well. Arrived 2:37a for 3a appointment and was given dock assignment when I called 10 mins prior to arrival. Parking not difficult: enough room to hit u-turn then set up. Driver’s lounge with snacks and bathroom on site. Unloading began approximately 15mins after docking and departed facility at 4:25a. Pleasant folk and looking forward to returning.

They need to be more organized with the check in process, 0400 appointment, guard was friendly but professional, you call a number for your door assignment, dock and take your papers to the office by door #1 the unloading for me went fast but then your waiting for the text on your lumper, it can get congested, plus there's enough room to do a uturn unless you want to do a blind side

This place is amazing they have a restroom on site and vending machines drivers can use. They are very quick with unloading and getting you in before your appointment time. There is no need to park on the ramp any more. Simply park outside on the middle lane for your appointment. Cops will only ticket if receiving has closed for the day and you’re still outside on the road sleep but you are allowed to wait on the road for your appointment. Receiving clerk is amazing and made sure I was in and out to be able to make my next delivery in South Carolina.

Good experience.
No overnight parking.
Call an hour before your appointment. Park at I-85 ramp. Wait for their instructions. Go to security at entrance give him you documents fill-out your information.
Receiving office is nearby dock 1.

Best unload experience in my 11 years driving! I checked in a hour before my appt. I got into a door immediately and was unloaded and bills in my hand in 20 mimutes. Thank you so much receiving, y'all absolutely made my night. Absolutely fantasic people!

You have to call ahead to get a door. Not allow to park on the street, to call. Tight parking lot had to wait for several truck to get out of way. 2 hours to unld. Had to pay a Lumper to unld. And they only take paper checks.
