Just purchased this ramp from Medlin Ramp for my new construction equipment dealer in Miami, Gold Coast JCB. Vanessa was my sales representative, and she was very helpful during the whole process. It took me a while to determine exactly which ramp will work better for my application, but the whole Medlin team worked with me to help me get exactly what I needed. They design and custom made my ramp, and I still received the ramp right on time. You can tell that the quality of the fabrication is excellent, and you will not be disappointed. Excellent product! We were in a bit of a bind with a truck chassis that was too high for our dock. Vanessa and team were able to find the right dock board at a reasonable price and deliver it to us within about an hour, which is crazy good turnaround in any environment. I've purchased 2 yard ramps from Medlin over the past couple years with great success. Their ramps are built to last. We unload 14 - 16 forty foot high cube containers weekly and the Medlin ramps have out performed the import ramps. Most recently I had one of our import ramps down with no way to repair it. Vanessa Lopez at Medlin was extremely helpful in taking care of us in a rapid manner. Without her we would have been in a very bad way. A huge thanks to her and we are running without any downtime. Take a look at the pictures of our ramp and you'll see the quality of their work with all the stellar welds, materials used, safety features, and overall enjoyable anesthetic. I originally wrote this review after working with Vanessa for the first time and today she took customer service to a whole different level. She went above and beyond to make sure one of your customers orders was expedited and delivered and entire week early. This is what customer should be like everywhere!

Amazing product and great engineering. The staff and the knowledgebase are amazing. I had the opportunity to test a ramp and I am now a customer for life. The engineering and simplicity of the transport connection, and simplicity of the jacking system, and the fit and finish of the fabrication are spot on. You can tell that there are years of learning and refining that have gone into both the design and the end user feedback that makes these such great ramps. I wish I had more docks and needed more ramps.
