Gene Fischer is absolutely stellar in three categories: 1. Customer service 2. Product Knowledge 3. Delivery. He worked with our budget and was super sensitive to the time constraints of having to install while our father was in the midst of surgery. He took the TIME to make sure the product that was chosen fit our expectations and personally followed up after John and Nick Lumpkin did a brilliant installation! Seriously if you need carpet Merit One is the place to go. We literally cried when we saw the transformation from a 1970's dark, scarry basement to this gorgeous inspiring place to entertain!!! Thank you Gene and Merit One team!

Traci Allmond was an Angel from heaven when we needed carpet installed in our new home on a tight schedule. Add in a hurricane, and Traci, despite her own personal impacts from Hurricane Helene, went above and beyond to ensure our carpet was installed before the movers showed up with our 16k lbs of furniture.

Isaiah was less about trying to make the sale and instead trying to find the solution that was best for my situation in the most cost effective and competitive way possible. Measured accurately and a professional. He kept me informed throughout the process with updates and always on the ball.

The Duck Dynasty installation crew treated the project like it was their own. They spent the time to do it right and not rush thru areas that needed to be done right. Showed up on time, detailed and always helpful. They went above and beyond to make the new floor look amazing.
