These guys are the best. Professional, expert at what they do, honest and they install a very reliable system that makes our entire house water system so much better. When they do service calls, which is only for the annual flush, because these machines are bulletproof, the technicians arrive on-time and work quickly and efficiently to finish the job well. Mike McSherry was our technician this time around and he was outstanding. He was kind, polite, and explained clearly what he was going to do. We recently moved to Greensboro and needed to find a provider for water filtration and water softening. My builder and realtor gave me two companies and so I called the first one provided, Metro! From the first phone call with Wanda and Amanda in the front office to meeting the sales rep, Jared and then to the installation with Wade and his teammate (young guy, didn't get his name--sorry;-0), everything went as described and fast and efficient!

Jared shared every option, explained the benefits of each and never once tried to get me to buy the highest option. It was the oddest sales experience I have ever had given he was treating me like I think he would treat family--give options with real reasons as to each and let them decide. He was awesome. Even went so far as to work with our builder to adjust the space in our garage to accommodate our choice of filters. Unfortunately, Pulte doesn't share the same client philosophy, but that didn't matter, they didn't meet Wade.

Wade "the gonna make it work and be right" Metro water dude! He got it all on the platform with room for maneuvering and done within 45 minutes! Amazing! I also got a chance to chat with Wade and he was the real deal....if you don't know Wade by the time he leaves your home, you're not listening. I just wish I had gotten his address to go see his Halloween and now Christmas decorations! They sounded amazing.

Oh yeah, how is the system working? Exactly as expected and we have tested our water----clean, clean, and more clean! And SOFT! No more dry skin from harsh water!

Hats off to the Metro team, thank you for welcoming us home and reminding us that is why we came--Southern Hospitality is REAL!

I would highly recommend Metro Water Filter to anyone considering either a Reverse Osmosis or Water Softening system. I have both systems and they have been great people to work with each time I have called them. We did have a maintenance issue at our home following our most recent service call and Jon and Amanda at Metro were so helpful and resolved the problem. They stood behind there team but at the same time worked patiently with me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Great experience with MWF. Jared was excellent assessing our situation and recommending needed solutions. Wade did the install of a new water softener system and sediment cartridge filter. Staff members were very courteous and efficient, responded promptly to calls and questions, and completed the installation timely just as scheduled.
