They did an incredible job on our first home raised cattle. Their staff is friendly and seemed happy to answer all my newbie questions. We will definitely continue to use them for all our animals.

Dishonest and rude. Lost portions of our steer, said they must have “thrown them away”. Shorted us 100 pounds on a half of beef, claiming there was 55% shrink from hanging weight. Said we lost more weight because we left it hanging for an extra 2 weeks, but it hung for an extra 2 weeks because when we called over and over to see if it was done, they kept telling us they were short handed and to call back next week. I understand being short handed, but don’t lie to me and say it was my fault like I didn’t come pick it up. Took all the meat back shortly after pickup to show them how much was missing, and the woman “Michelle I think” got borderline irate. Took all the crates back to some ancient scale, didn’t take the weight of the crates off (3.5 pounds per crate), then continued to argue. She pointed at a different scale and said “look, it’s certified by the state”. Yes, that scale is, but not the one you’re using lady… then she said the one sticker on the other scale certified all the scales. Sorry, not true, I sell scales for a living and work with the state almost daily. You’ll be getting a visit from the department of AG shortly. Just be honest, don’t scam people, don’t try to take advantage of people who you assume don’t know anything. Places like this give all the other local businesses a black eye. Be better.

I’ve used them for 4 years for processing on live animal sales of about 15 pigs and 6-8 steers a year and they have always done an outstanding job. None of my customers have had an issue. They are friendly and knowledgeable and honest. Best wholesale butcher in town.

I contacted Michelle about preparing a hog from a out of state hunt. I am new to hunting but Michelle answered all my questions with fast and friendly service, and meat was delivered back to me on time. Not only was my first hunt memorable, thanks to Michelle's, it was a tasty one as well. Thanks again, and we'll be back soon!!

I was up in mountains called them in late evening, left message. Next morning called me back.....That is great customer service. So took my sons BUCK to them.....GOOD TO GO !

whats up with this place? Ive called them several times and never got a response. We had all our meat sent to them to be cut back in Sept and NEVER got any of it! Now they wont return any phone calls.
