1st time trying to buy here and last, I sell bouquets and this guy was so mean and rude when he answered the phone, won’t even let the costumer talk, terrible service don’t go here, he would get mad if you tell him you want to buy flowers there, I mean if you not willing to give good costumer service what’s the point of having your own bussines smh

I am the owner of a retail florist. I will buy almost all of my fresh flowers from Mike's Finest! I have been a customer of theirs for 17 years. I very rarely have a problem, but if I do, they make it good. I drive almost an hour one way to get to them because I know that what I am getting will be what I want at the highest quality and peak freshness!

I was at the train station today trying to get to my hotel by taxi and Driver for Mike’s finest wholesale was extremely rude to the cab driver and Amtrak staff. He pulled up in the front so no one could get out. He refused to move up and when I asked where he was from he said the company name and that his name was Jose. I found the driver to be extremely arrogant and racist since it was obvious that was not his name. They should hire more public friendly drivers. He made you look extremely unprofessional this morning!

The owner is RUDE! I wanted to inquire about wholesale flowers for my wedding and he wrote back to me in caps saying WE DO NOT SELL TO THE PUBLIC... I'm so happy I didn't have to work with this company... don't understand why this company has 5 stars! If it was up to me I would give it 0 stars! If you are looking for flowers for your wedding go somewhere else!!
