This place is okay at best. Since they are understaffed employees, they have to work more. The pay isn't high as other plants. Since they need people, I believe if you are trying to work here, attempt to negotiate payment. I also spoke to some salary workers. They say that this place isn't long-term and is only suitable for a few year's experience and move on. Again the pay is low but good enough for fresh meat.

Hard work and hours can get crazy along with the demand of operating assembly. Too backed up and disorganized for me made my anxiety bad. Just be mindful shifts rotate often and if you cant keep up to certain standards they complain as if you're doing nothing.

I have been to many receivers in 30 years of driving and I tell you the long nailed phone stuck to her ear lady on 1st shift is the rudest and nasty attitude to drivers ignoring them and use her phone while she is supposed to be working I wish they would at least make her put her phone away during work time so she could attempt to do her job and maybe let her know it is her job to communicate with the drivers kindly leve the attitude at home
