ModEx Studios was the perfect venue for our event! We hosted a comedy show and mental health forum and the staff—Tasha, Mike, Zoe, and the entire team—were absolutely phenomenal. They were knowledgeable, flexible, and incredibly helpful, especially with creative direction and logistical support.

Even at the height of stress during event setup, the team remained calm, collected, and professional, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their accessibility and clear communication made planning and execution a breeze.

We hosted a World AIDS Day event and the passion shown from the MODEx team was simply phenomenal and I’m looking forward to hopefully hosting many many many more events in this incredible space.
