Terrible place for drivers to PU loads. Just a tip, if you're doing a drop n hook. Do NOT drop your empty unless they tell you the load is ready. They will have you call them every hr or so to tell you the load is not ready. I was here for almost a whole day. So when I went to the guardhouse to say I'm leaving with my empty, they told me it not available anymore and that it would be loaded soon. They had no other empties, of course. Was giving the run around. Ultimately, I left worse than when I came to this place. Stay very, very far from this place. Highly suggest parking with you empty at gas station down the road. I repeat, if the load is not ready ,DO NOT drop it in their lot.

If I was you I would not take any loads from this company they do not get in a rush you call security to find out when your loads will be taken care of and they tell you they can't find any information out for you my appointment was 8:00 a.m. this morning I got here at 7:30 a.m. it is now 3:00 p.m. and I've only been a doctor for an hour and a half and still no loading going on. If you're late to your appointment time they can push you back for the rest of the day but they don't honor the appointment times to get you loaded

I’m not sure if they had changed or it was my lucky day but I got loaded really fast.
I came 10 mins before my appointment. The checkin was quick and easy. The lady was real nice, professional and polite. (I should’ve asked her name: white, about 50 y.o.) She sent me to a staging area, which was a sandy dirt lot. But I waited just half an hour max, got a door. The loading started right away. I got loaded in about an hour. Adjusting my trailer tandems and securing the load took me maybe 10 mins. They weighed my truck at the gate and I got checked out, again really fast.
I was done in 2 hours. I’ve NEVER been loaded this FAST at ANY BEER Distribution Centers
GOOD JOB!!! Kudos to the team members and management. If only half of the shippers work like those guys I would be the happiest driver and it would make our job so much easier.

Loading instructions with photo.
1. Security for check in
2. Pick up some rubber for load from inspection area
3. Park and wait for someone will come and tell your door number
4. Loading doors ( when they start the loading it will be red light when it’s finish it will be green light. If it’s green you can move and secure your load then go to security to weigh and check out

People are nice but waiting can be long. After they scale you if you’re heavy security will send you back for rework

Around 2:05am was assigned a dock
By 3:48am got loaded. What a day at this place.

Not bad at all......My appointment was for 10:30 pm I check in by 12 pm and the girl on front told me that they could load me around 7:00 pm, either way she check me in and let me park inside and by 3 they give me a dock and out by 4:30 pm...Great job.. free accurate scale on site so I give them 5 stars...also I noticed that even is some bad reviews they move fast from 12 pm to 4:30 pm I saw more than 25 trucks get loaded and out .....cool ppl, plenty space and good communication....

Load was ready to go but weights are off had to go to different wherehouse off site to get reworked and its wherehouse 6, not 12 took a couple extra hrs out of my time but watever

Very nice place quick loading one hour only very nice stuff in the front office I have appointment next day so I come 12 hour early. He gave me the door same time and I am done one hour. They have overnight parking in the side. I appreciate it.
