The Monterey Company is definitely worthy of a 5-star review, and here's why! We decided that for our 20th anniversary Race Against Hunger Turkey Trot, we wanted commemorative race medals. With this decision our part-time staff member was tasked with finding the best price and quality of medals. She came across Monterey Company in this search and was connected with Josh P.

From the beginning our staff member emphasized that she was searching around and looking for a price range. Josh was extremely helpful and responsive. He assisted her in making decisions about the design for cost and overall presentation.
Monterey Company not only had the best price of all of the companies we looked at, but also some of the best customer service there is, which is ultimately why we decided to work with them!

Our staff member said that she felt supported every step of the way and was informed of process times so that we could be prepared back here in Laurel, MD! Our medals arrived on time and to say we are thrilled would be an understatement. The medals are absolutely stunning and have exceeded our expectations!

I ordered 50 woven patches with hook and loop fasteners as the attachment point. The patches use a copyrighted logo I designed. Shipping was quick and the Customer Service and creation process was hands on thanks to Mr. Josh Knowles. The patches did not have quality issues.
The hook and loop backing came with a flat cover to maintain the durability which is nice.
