had to come back at 1:30 because the door is locked for lunch at noon. there is a line outside and some waiting in their cars.

Awesome staff only dealt with 2 of them but they were super amazing!!!! Wish I had got there names but all I cared about was getting a valid ID that I could fly to Tennessee with.... But they were fantastic and my hubby came back with all the right paperwork so it was very easy and efficient to get my stuff done....

The young lady helping me this morning (12-29-21) was not only friendly and cheerful, more importantly she knew her stuff. She answered my questions, helped me with the form, and completed the process in a timely manner. I'd give her ten stars if I could!

I simply called to ask a question. We were on line trying to figure it out. The first girl was very sweet. About 15 minutes later i had a quick question. Theman may girl started yelling at m e. That i needed to go in there. My daughter 7mos pregnant daughter hard her yelling at me from the other room. Awful experience. If you don't like helping people don't have a job dealing with people who need assistance

MANY OBVIOUS FAKE REVIEWS BEWARE USING THEM AS REFERENCE!

Those who have actually tried to use these people will tell you just how BAD their service really is.
Not even deserving of one star!

Overly expensive and zero help. Rarely answer their phones. Be aware this place closes for lunch so those trying to get help on their lunch hour are out of luck.
Drive to Tucson or Sierra Vista for help. Gas expense is much cheaper than their added fees.

If your time or money is not important to you this is the perfect way to spend it.

Excellent service! They were so patient and friendly with me. Make sure you have a social security card and two pieces of mail when you go. Otherwise a W-2 form will also suffice for the SSN.

Super friendly staff, easy to make an appointment over the phone and very fast efficient service. So glad I went here over a state office. Can't beat small town friendliness!
