If you’re looking for a mobile home, Mountain Brooke Home Center needs to be the first place you go! They will make it happen! Roger and his family really went further than the extra mile for our family! We had already been turned away at other dealerships, but we decided to try one last time. So we called Mountain Brooke homes and spoke to Tiffany, and she invited us to the lot. The lot was full of beautiful homes and they were extremely friendly and most importantly helpful! They went above and beyond! We went in expecting to be turned away again, but instead they put us in a beautiful double wide that exceeded our expectations! They got us set up with the down payment range we needed and monthly payments that were lower than we had expected! Roger and his Family helped us the whole way from securing our loan to clearing our land for us, and got our house shipped to us and set up months ahead of what we were expecting! We thought we’d be lucky if we could go somewhere and get a used single wide, we left Mountain Brooke with a brand new Double wide straight from the factory to our land! If you need it to happen Roger and his family will make it happen for you, and exceed your expectations the whole time!

I purchased my home in March of 2024 after it was set an ready to move in this is what I walked into these picture speak for themselves I’ve had problem after problem it’s now October 2024 my roof is leaking made several phone calls still no one has came yet to fix it I’ve held my peace long enough really didn’t want to do this review but if it helps others please stay away from this company total nightmare I also have videos that looks worser (Rodger Mills ) is a rip off

The best place to buy a home! They helped me and my husband through every step and helped us find the perfect home for us! Told us the benefits of each house and the negatives of each house (even though every house they had was beautiful)! The most friendly place, and they strive for your business and to make sure you’re happy! They got us in our house faster than any of the other lots said we would be in by! Trust me, if you go through them you will not be disappointed!

Rodger & Tiffany helped me every step of the way. Plus went above and beyond the sale of the mobile home. Mt Brook is where you want to go! Great people
