Got into a car accident a few weeks ago. My jeep ended up being a total loss. Since my vehicle had been totaled, I was only allowed to use my rental for 7 days. I ended up speaking with Jameson and he literally worked magic for me me in just a day. I have never walked into a dealership by myself to purchase a vehicle. On top of that I am a single momma with not so great credit. Jameson was able to work on a deal just for me and I was able to purchase a vehicle on my own! I am so very thankful for him and his crew!

Went to a local Jeep dealer in Hayesville, North Carolina to purchase my wife a new Rubicon X. The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life.
The next day, I called Mountain Vally Motors and talk to a Mr. Allen who is the sales manager. Said he would do everything he could to earn my business.
My wife and I went down there the next day and he introduced me to his associate Mr. Tony Jay.
I cannot put it in words how fabulous and caring and just great person Mr. Jay is.
In less than a half an hour, we purchased a brand new 2025 Rubicon X.
Mountain Vally Motors will be our go to whenever we need to purchase a new vehicle.

This place was awesome, when everyone else turned me down due to low credit, no $ down & the condition of my van or didn't accept trade ins they took my van as a trade in, worked w me on my payments & got me in a nice car for me & my kids. I highly recommend this place! Jacob is an amazing car sales man & the rest of the team there as well, everyone is so nice & willing to help. I highly recommend them!

I’ve heard bad things about this dealership most of my life and tried to avoid it. But when I started having issues with my 2019 Wrangler, they were the closest dealership with the soonest availability to drop it off. (Now I see why) My Jeep was there from March 6th until April 19th, they were incapable of fixing the problem or even diagnosing it. They gave me a loaner vehicle after 7 days with no vehicle and the loaner vehicle was in worse shape mechanically than the vehicle I dropped off. They asked me to come by and do renewal paperwork on the loaner since I’d had it for over 30 days, no problem. So I go by on the 19th and as I’m waiting I’m talking to the tech about what all has happened with the manufacturer, how negatively this has effected me as a person and my business and how I couldn’t get a response from anyone or any type of offer for a solution. I told him I’d really thought about letting the finance company come and get it but that I didn’t have another payment due until May, so I’d wait and see how they would continue to handle things. They decided while I was there to change the oil, no problem. So they get the loaner and pull it into the shop. A tech comes back out and tells me they want me out of the car. I was confused and said what? And the tech said “management wants you out of the car since your turning yours in” not even management but the service tech. I explained that I wouldn’t be without a vehicle, let me also add they decided this at 5:30 on a Friday, so they handed me the keys to my Jeep that still had a significant safety issue. After moving everything back into my vehicle, I noticed how nasty it was. It seems like gas was spilled down the side of it. There’s grease all over the outside in multiple places, grease all over the inside of my door to the point that after touching it and touching my face I had grease on my face, my steering wheel cover is completely ruined and my cloth seats have so much grease on them they’re actually sticky to the touch. Even after washing it multiple times, I can’t get all the grease off. And that’s not including whatever they spilled in the driver side floor that left mold under the floor mat. They claimed they replaced all these parts but the same check engine light I took it in for is still on. Ultimately it seems as though they don’t care about customer safety or other peoples belongings since they trashed my 2019 interior and left it nasty, after “working on it” for over a month. I gave them an opportunity and they proved everyone right. I wouldn’t take a razor scooter to them, much less a vehicle you care about or have spent money on. I’d avoid this place at all costs.

the used car sales manager made us feel stupid for shopping here wasted our time and did very little to help find us the scat pack we were looking for. Will never go back or recommend weeks later after seeing this review the salesman calls me on three way with some shop manager and try to strong arm us into removing the review he asks some questions then another guy joins the call out of nowhere. Asks me if I got a car and I explain yes I’m all set and I purchased exactly what I wanted else where he then proceeds to tell me to make sure I don’t bring it to them for service. Judging by the service dept reviews that won’t be a problem. It would seem the old ways of treating people with respect have long died this dealership is old and dusty and the faces of the people who work there reflect the feeling you get from shopping there.
