I have lived in this park for 2 years... My husband for 5 years. I love my friends and neighbors very much, but I can't believe the comments I'm reading about how nice the park is.
1) the management was good until a couple of months ago. The great, underappreciated, unsupported managers left. The new office manager is rarely in the office. She is always sick.
The husband is GREAT at maintaining the park.
Their office hours...
9 a.m. till 2 p.m.
With lunch taken between
Noon and 1 p.m.
Instructions in the newsletter not to contact them after hours nor on weekends. Apparently, the residents aren't the owner, nor the Management's problem.

2). This park is a senior park. You would think it would be maintained for the elderly, but not a chance. While there is a swimming pool, it is not heated... It's ice cold all of the time. Also, there is no lift assistance to help them in and out of the pool for a little water therapy.
AND, the hot tub is quite often too cold. It's a HOT tub... It's supposed to be HOT! Not regulated at all.

3). Trash is not picked up, nor is it free. We pay $18.00 per month to take our trash to the dumpsters. There are dumpsters at only one end of the park. We have to take our own trash over to it. Many residents are disabled and unable to take their trash to the dumpsters. Owner's apparent view... Sorry about their luck.

4). Owner wouldn't pay to keep the grass up. Almost all of it died off because owner would allow it to be watered only 7 minutes (yes MINUTES) a day. Some of the grass has come back, but much of the areas are overcome by weeds. Of course, the weed problem isn't addressed.

For all of these great amenities our space rent is going up $30.00 per month starting January 2025 bringing our monthly rent right at $800.00. that does not include the $30.00 sewer fee, the $18.00 dumpster use fee, nor the $50.00 average water bill. There are over 200 homes in this park... You do do the math.
Why is nothing being done here... The money is certainly here.

It’s really a nice park, however the management team is absolutely horrible. Sewer smells, space rent constantly going up, not to mention they like to pick and choose which rules to enforce, and on which residents. My grandma has lived here over 10yrs and this current management team is the WORST.

I helped some seniors in there with some issues. But it looked like a very nice place very well maintained I would definitely live there

Great community, but way to hard on the age restriction ?. Unless they just really enjoy ripping families apart. Just because of age difference. You can't love based on age . Maybe they just want all the homes to be empty. That would also mean a lot less money coming in. Just saying
