They are very unprofessional. My prints came out all wrong. When I told them about it they were very unapologetic about the situation and told me I would have to just deal with it. I have previously had their service years ago and it wasn’t a problem. They also told me new manager new rules. Which I felt was very rude. I wasn’t able to give my dad his gift and that was a very hard thing to deal with.
