If you can I would choose any other place than this, so far every deer that I have gotten there hasn’t been much meat. The meat a lot of times has chunks of either hard bone or cartilage in it. My dad took a deer there asked for half cubed and ground and only received 3 packs of cubed meat. And most recently they called my friend to come pick his deer up 15 minutes before we arrived and they already sold his meat to someone else whom he had to buy it back from. This was around 12pm which isn’t even close to their closing time. This is absolutely unacceptable and is probably illegal. I will never take another deer to this place and I advise anyone else who reads this to not come here.

They paid no attention to how I wanted my deer processed. I wanted roasts and steaks and cubed back straps They cubed the back straps but ground the rest. I won't go back

Very happy with our recent experience with deer processing here. My hubby killed a big doe and we got the meat made into cubed, ground, and hot sausage. Pricing was fair. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Worst quality deer I have ever had. There’s chunks of gristle and cartilage all throughout the ground meat making it inedible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I tried reaching out to the business and have been ignored. They should be shut down.

I turned in my 8 point buck on Oct 29. This was a 200 lb deer. I asked for the Backstraps and Tenderloins be left as whole, all else was to be in stew chunks. Anything left was to be ground with pork fat. It took a few weeks, but when I got the deer meat, I only have 2 packages of Straps and 1 of tenderloin. Only 4 packages of stew and about 60 packages of ground burger. The box didn't weigh 70 lbs....a far shot from a 200 lb buck..
I have been shorted and what I ordered was not even close to what I ordered.
I am not satisfied.

Only reason for 5 star review is because 6 isn't an option. The sausage and summer sausage is top notch. This place makes it too easy. Lots of processors claim they only work your animal, I know for a fact this place does. They handled my cape and had it picked up by a taxidermist, week later called me to come pick up my meat. I typically give out summer sausage for gifts to co workers..... Not from this place I don't, I hoard it! Will be back from now on!

“Lost” my deer somehow in less than 24 hours of dropping it off. Cartilage in meat and low quality sausage. I hunt near A&M but will travel any distance to not use them ever again.
