We have had various issues with this company. First, we ordered several samples to match to our fireplace. One of the samples we ordered was a perfect match so we ordered 2k worth of stones - keystones, corner stones and wall stones. When the order arrived (after a longer amount of time as promised - weeks later than promised) we found the color to be COMPLETELY WRONG. We took the sample up to the showroom in Dawsonville and to our dismay they told us they had mis-labeled the color on the sample. We had ordered the wrong color. So the distributor that we ordered from told us they do not take exchanges. So we fought back and said oh, no you gave us a mislabeled sample. They finally agreed to take it back and exchange (which they said they've never had an exchange, didn't know what to do). UGH!!! Really?! So they literally decided to get us the right stones and worked to deliver it. Now, we finally have the stones. The guys come in to execute our plan and tell us that these stones suck - why? because the backs are ROUGH, like they poured into the molds but did NOT level the tops off. So now we pay again- because Native Custom does NOT KNOW HOW TO POUR AND LEVEL OFF THEIR PRODUCT. Really? My contractor ran up the street to Avery and said oh gosh we should've ordered from THEM instead because their stones are all level in the back. Lesson Learned. Don't buy from these guys!
