The place has a well marked entrance. The guards are generally nice. They will sometimes let you in early and they might let you park overnight. If they don't, the closest truck stop is about thirty miles away. If you're delivering dry minerals the dock for that is tight and is a blind side. The people that unload are generally quick and they are nice. They do have room to park for a little bit while you wait for matching orders. Over all it's not a bad place to deliver to.

Guard shack guy is awesome... git in early ..thank GOD .. because once I got on the dock it took over 3.5 hrs to unload me... apparently if tou haul labels out of fort Smith every single load has a messed up PO. So in other words .. someone who isn't doing their job who is paid to do said job is screwing up my day as a driver I don't have all week to get shit done .. making me late for the next load is pretty damn rude ...so to whom ever is messing up the PO info get ur shit together already

I delivered bulk cornstarch in a dry van trailer.
I arrived at 0800 for an 0800 appointment.
In door at 0815
Paperwork in hand at 0950

Well seems like every one had bad experience here and I was so worried after I read them reviews. 8 am appointment arrived at 6:30 just as they were switching shifts so I got checked in and wasn’t giving a door so I was sent to staging area, and I said well this is what everyone was talking about.
After all I was giving a call at 7:30 am and got door and two nice respectful guys was waiting for me and I was empty right at my appointment time

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!!

Appointment 10:00am check in 9:15am it’s currently 15:47 (6 hours past appointment) just waiting killing time)

What a disgrace. Went to guard shack to see if maybe they got my cell wrong. Nope everything is good. Just a terrible place to deliver.

Also, per rate con “CUSTOMER DOES NOT PAY DETENTION”

Please avoid delivering here if you can.

It’s a hit and miss here looks like. Based on other reviews looks like about 10-20% of drivers get lucky here.

I got lucky last week. 10:00am appointment check in 9:15am

Yup, all the bad reviews are true.
Had a delivery appointment 1/25/24 , 8am, they rejected the load for lack of storage for empty cans. There's no shipping/receiving office, no one to talk to, everything is done via emails by brokers and their receiving department. Luckily, I did not leave the property, stayed there, and around 9pm on the same day, they made room and got me into a dock to unload me. 15 hours later I got unloaded, but only because I stayed there....there were no updates or info coming from the brokerage side.
Avoid at any cost, and if you can't....good luck to you.

DO NOT COME HERE TO PICK UP A LOAD OR DELIVER A LOAD, they will take all ur time and waste ur time. I came to deliver a load, for someone to come and check my seal is 5 HOURS, then I don’t know when they are going to finish unloading. This is the address 266 Industrial park rd hartwell Ga. Just cancel the load or the tell the broker ur truck broke down. Stupid place.
