Logan was very prompt in answering all of my questions and provided a comprehensive email with photos and information to help me choose the right container for me.

I placed the deposit, set up the appointment and the driver was very communicative, called me the day before.

The container arrived on time and the driver was amazing. It is a very tricky spot to drop the container considering the limited space, propane tank, driveway, house and garage. The driver looked it over and said "piece of cake". 30 mins later and to my complete surprise, the container was safe on the side of my garage. I then inspecting the container it was in 9 plus condition inside and out....pretty much like new!

Hands down more than satisfied with my expertise with Logan and his driver. Great job!

This company was amazing to work with! We did a lot of research and actually did not hear about them until after we signed with another company. The other company did not deliver, didn't even tell us and so we then heard about NorCal. Unbelievable customer service - cheapest price in the 4 companies we looked at. Had next day delivery and the driver was great! Can't say enough about these guys. Don't look elsewhere, this is the place to get your containers.

NorCal Containers exceeded my expectations. I needed one 20’ container, and had no experience in this process. I called several similar companies and was warned about issues and scams. I spoke with Logan and felt at ease. He was patient, honest and transparent about expectations and the process. He was able to deliver on my timeline and at the the best price. He updated me prior to delivery and checked in with me after delivery. I got a used container, which was in great condition in my opinion. The delivery company sent photos before delivery, the driver was extremely professional and he was able to place it precisely where I wanted it (I didn’t think it would be possible). Would definitely do business again.

Horrible experience! Classic bait and switch. Buyer beware.

Logan was unprofessional, dishonest and rude. In the beginning he was quick to tell us that his containers were solid and urged us to make a deposit to hold the container as they were selling quickly. We did this with the understanding that we could check out the container and, if it did not meet our needs, we would be refunded. We were never told that we would not get a full refund.

We drove 1.5 hours to check out the containers available and they were NOT in good condition. We requested our deposit back and he refused to refund our entire monies. Not only that but he was extremely rude and unkind as soon as we informed him that we were not interested in either of his (2) low quality containers (bent out of shape, lots of rust, lots of repair work, etc). It was a bit alarming how rude he was. I overheard the entire conversation he had with my husband. My husband was kind and caring the entire time.

We are sending Logan love and light, however, we do want others to know about this situation. We advise everyone to put down every detail in writing with this person/company.

After that experience, we called Conexwest and it was a night and day difference. Conexwest was wonderful to work with.

Very happy with the service Logan provided, best pricing of 10 other companies,. my container was delivered today, 20 ft, 1 time used, looks great in excellent condition. The drive was able to put the container in our spot and with the blocks we had, under 4 corners perfect.
