Wonderful experience! Needed a freon leak fixed in the AC unit at our house, called a few places in town for estimates, NEA heating and cooling offered the best price and beyond that they were professional and did an excellent job on the repair. Called Mike to see ab him looking at our HVAC. He worked with us very on a time and was quick and efficient! Went through the whole process to see what was wrong with it and fixed it right on the spot! He was VERY nice and very helpful. He went above and beyond and I couldn’t recommend him more! It’s nice to have air again in the heat of the Arkansas summer

Bought a mobile home and the manufacturer had messed everything up. This time of year as everyone knows you switch back and forth from heat to Cool. If you want to stay comfortable that is. An if it wasn’t for NEA Heating and Cooling we would still be miserable when we should be enjoying our brand new home. Thanks Mike and your team you went above and beyond on getting us up and running in no time even with all the mess ups on the trailer companies part!
