They went above and beyond, normally they Specialize in larger items, but when I asked for a quote on my very small brake pedal pad for my Harley, they came through and MAN did it come out sweet!!!!

I have several pieces at different times for my vintage BMW motorcycle and they done a great job. They worked with me regarding any sensitive areas and were very friendly and outgoing. Also, they're prices are hard to beat for the quality. I'll be going back soon for my next build.

When I initially went to NW Powder coatings I was pleased by the help I received finding the correct color for my off-road bumpers. She told me since they didn’t have the right color match that if I buy the powder she would charge me $500 to do 2 bumpers. Not only was she 3 weeks late on delivery she tried to double the price to $1000. She insisted she had to do minor work to my bumpers. Once I informed her that the bumpers were brand new and there was nothing to be done to them she lowered the price back to $500. I would NOT suggest doing business with this company. There are other powder coaters in the area!!

I have had several jobs done here over the years and have had nothing short of a great experience. To the guy who said that he was told they don’t do small engine parts either they were full of grease and oil or you are mistaken on which powder coater told you that, 90% of what I have brought here have been small vintage motorcycle parts.

I am having a terrible time with this company. I purchased Model A Tacoma Cream paint from them & paid for it on February 10. I have not received the product, nor have they RETURNED ANY OF MY 7 PHONE CALLS. Nobody ever answers the phone in this place. You get a recording that they are always to busy to answer the phone. I hate to do it, but I will have to back charge pay pal to get my money back. Buyer Beware!!

I took some aluminum parts from a telescope in to have them powdercoated.

The staff was really friendly and the prices were reasonable.

Lead time was about a week an a half and the parts came back looking fantastic.

I will definitely use them again in the future.
