This place should be condemned. The roof leaks so bad, they have giant open top water containers everywhere throughout the warehouse with numerous hoses emptying into them from the roof. The water is so nasty, and it doesn't seem like the water is ever actually emptied. The only reason the water disappears is evaporation into the air that everyone is breathing. There is so much funky smell from standing water and rotting building materials from these giant containers, the roof, and the bathrooms that are barely functional and falling apart. There's mysterious black soot on everything. The whole place makes by throat hurt and my sinuses flare up. Film productions primarily use this place, now, and on top of having folks work and film there, including background extras and big name movie stars, they also serve food inside. It has been this way for years.

So, as many wonderers… I passed this unassuming building on I85. I looked it up because I was curious about what OFS makes (and why there weren’t many windows in that large back building). And then another review said they’d “been on many sets here” and there was a picture of a Tech & Engineering Emmy award So I looked into it and … the back building is a warehouse that production studios can rent out for their sets! Based on an article, sounds like Marvel has been a past repeat customer, and the sets been used for Ozark and Fast n Furious too. How cool!

However the staff seems to be upset about their management. So i hope they take care of their employees better! Atlanta benefits from these “cool” things.

A lot of talented dedicated people work there. Many are leaving due to poor leadership and unsanitary working conditions at the Norcross facility. Younger talented employees are moving on to join companies with a more certain future. Sad really.

8 year service and I get fired because of a point system, missed too many days. Understandable but i had a medical situation which Ofs doesn't give a damn about. Dale in VAD is definitely and proven to be a Snake 🐍 😉 in the grass... Which is the VAD MANAGER!!! Be careful which department you pick. All old heads left vad because of Dale. Staff will tell you the same if they weren't scared to loose they're careers! I understand that too. I kept my mouth shut and eye's closed since he became a m.o.d. Either way 💯 percent this is a review to take seriously. Long story short don't waist your time. This company is going down hill anyway. 100 layoffs one month and then 20 more that had Seniority. Shut downs every two weeks and can't collect unemployment even though they say you can. Now knitting and picking who they want gone. I got on Dales nerves and he got me out the door. I actually helped him. It felt like I was free from prison so I'm good now mentally atleast from there. Never made him feel as if i had to lke him though. He has to be center of attention and if you dislike his fake Christian self aww foot as he. Dale says. Not a disgruntled employee just looking out for the next person that waists their lives basically. Pick Draw or Post Draw department trust. I have no reason to lie here. I don't work for ofs anymore... Enough said. Sheesh I could go on for days!!! Hope this helps the next future employee .

I always pass this building up while riding on I-85. Throughout the years of doing so, my imagination has run wild with ideas of this place being a food factory to a place where top secret weapons are produced. Now that I am a passenger, I looked it up. Anyone else wondering what this place is? Beep beep!

The worst place to get loaded they are so slow.been coming for five years it’s insane. They just don’t care that drivers have other stops to make. Maybe if they had to get home like we do then it might change.
