staff was amazing, rooms were clean and check in was very easy. maintenance and manager staff was reachable at any time day or night and were eager to assist with any questions or concerns. they had a great lobby for fun games with kids and plenty of informational pamphlets for activities around big bear lake! will definitely stay here again!!

Worst family vacation stay ever!!! 10-1-23 kids were very sad. lose of sleep.
Bed was filthy like they just sanitized it.
Extra blanket was coved in hair and stains.
**Worst part was the construction remodel that was being done above my room from two to 10 o’clock at night. Woke up my kids on several occasions it rained that week end so we were stuck in our hotel room. We had talked to the staff at the front desk she had stopped lasted about an hour, and then it continued on till 10 o’clock at night . very inconsiderate. than I was quoted one price for the Room look on my bank statement and they charged me more.
Motel 6 is more considerate.
I am a frequent visitor of Big Bear. That is basically my family second home and to see a hotel act like this when they’re charging like they are is very heartbreaking.

Great room for a great price! Check in was less than a couple minutes, and the lobby had plenty of amenities. Room size/layout was great, with appropriate number of towels and showers had soap! Heater worked well.

Overall a great stay. Only deterrent was that the bedsheets had multiple stains.

Friendly, fast, excellent service at Omeo Suites Big Bear. Rita was especially welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. The lobby is cozy and a good place for family and friends to sit by the fire.
We were very happy with our stay.

Shower had no mixing valve so scalding hot burned my feet. Room was not very clean. The worst part was they put us in a room directly below a room being renovated/painted all night long until 4:00 am (even though there were plenty of empty rooms). I know because I was awake all night from the noise above through the paper thin floor.

This place is nowhere near a suite ambience. When we walked in, it smelled like bleach which made me think, oh good! They must really do a good job cleaning their rooms. I was sooooo wrong. ‍The desk had dust on top and the other counter was dirty as well. It had some kind of pink stuff on it, possibly make up. Luckily I had some
clorox wipes and wiped a few things down. There was a hair in the tub from previous guests.

The shower turned on out of nowhere on its own as well and scared the s@&$ out of us. It turned off and on all night long. There was no way to turn it off. Just to clarify that it was off when we walked in the room, and hours later it started to go off and on.

And also, we didn’t have hot water from when I was told when I checked in, it would be running in a hour, which it wasn’t. When I went back down to the lobby, I was told to give it more time. We never had hot shower during our stay. We weren't able to shower.

The smoke detector was missing, and there was a hole in the ceiling.

There was tagging on the ceiling.

Please don't waste your money or time here. You will regret it.

Horrible experience. I should’ve received a full refund. I was only given a $50 refund.

Jason who works the front desk and room was amazing and very accommodating. Our flight was canceled and he checked us in and even woke up at 3:30am to help us once we did arrive. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. They gave us everything we needed and called to ask if we needed anything. Very great location right across a bowling alley and bistro. Just a two minute drive to the village and magic mountain. Snow summit is five minutes away. Would definitely stay here again!

This little place was nicer on the inside versus outside. Beds were comfortable and bathroom had nice upgrades. Nice TV with satellite service, microwave, easy heat & air controls, no fridge or closet (not a big deal). Really close to Snow Summit & Bear Mountain. Great value versus many other places in the area.
