Worse experience with a part store. Came in on a Sunday afternoon I need to replace my tag lights. Came in they looked at me didn’t get a hello how are you just a stale look. Walked right past me numerous times no do you need help with anything nothing just like I was nonexistent. Everyone else that came in tho received a great loud how are you ,and what can I help you with. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and will not be recommending this or any o’reily to any of my friends.

This is a great place to do business. If you need bulbs or windshield wiper blades, they put them on for you right in the parking lot. Seeing them IN THE RAIN replacing these things really shows me their dedication. It’s rare to see excellent customer service but these guys go above and beyond to help.

This store does not shine compared to others. The inventory seems ok; so far, they have what I need, which is not difficult to find. Customer service is marginal; helpful as long as you don't interrupt their interactions with each other.

My fiance and I stopped in to get a bulb for my headlight. My fiance just had surgery on his arm and was so surprised and thankful for the worker Jeremy replacing the bulb for us.

I gave 5 starts ONLY because of the exceptional customer service from ONLY ONE of the employees at this location. I'm not sure what his name is (mind went blank) but the African American gentleman that works at this location deserves a pay raise and any/all the positive benefits/opportunities possible given to him! If not for this kind and genuine man this store would lose business dramatically!
