The product was just what I needed for my Grandmother's antique mirror. The original reed beading was impossible to produce at home. I had to trim the width and plane it down to 1/8" but it took it and remained true. Outstanding result!

Had questions about building an extension table. I watched a number of Youtube videos from Osborne. Very helpful. I ordered what I needed and it was delivered fast. I did have a bit of a problem with the "align and lock" brackets. 2 out of the 10 were ok. I had to remodel them all. The quality control was sub par. I adjusted both pieces of each set and was able to get them to work. It involved bending the lips on the stationary pieces. I also had to bend the swing part of the locks down a bit so they would catch the connector pieces. Then I found that the center rivets were quite loose. I was able to tap them with a punch and hammer. That snugged them up and they are all working great. I suggest Osborne talk to their vender and have them do better quality control. The table is built and I am putting a water base polyurethane finish on it as we speak. It is 11 feet long fully extended with 4 leaves and 42" wide. It is built from trees I got from a tree service. Our old grade school was torn down and we have a brand new K through 12 school now. The trees are Honey Locust. It is a rather hard wood and very dense. The grain is beautiful. I was able to 16 of the 42 trees. I built a sawmill a couple years ago. I cut some of the trees into lumber more than a year ago. They are air dried in a building. The table turned out GREAT!! I will be buying from you for future projects.

Ordered a set of Coffee Table legs from here—they were “chunkier” (4 x 18in) than any other place i could find similar models, and priced as such. Each of the 4 legs arrived individually packaged and worked without flaw. A customer service rep contacted me within a few days of receiving the package to ensure I had no issues. I didn’t think that happened any more these days… Pretty awesome. Bottom line: If the prices work for you, you will be pleased with the outcome!

Couldn't adjust order quantity even when notified within a few hours. Which forced me to pay an extra $50 in shipping.

My original order was placed at 10pm, after business hours. The original order did not yet have a shipping label created for it, so it was "technically" able to be adjusted. Still, I agree that my description of a "few" hours is incorrect.

for business that don't rely on next day shipping (like mcmaster carr), you should recognize a balance between speed, accuracy, and customer service. if you're not operating on a 2-day shipping paradigm, don't create the downside of that shipping cycle for businesses that operate on 2-week paradigm.

Osborne Wood Products was excellent in every way. I ordered four corner posts for a small kitchen island, and needed them to be specially cut to length. Customer service responded very quickly and helpfully. The special order was simple to process, and they shipped faster than expected. And best of all, the product exceeded my expectations.
