In initially planned to build a stick-frame structure, but the cost made it prohibitively expensive. After visiting another metal building company, I left feeling like I’d be navigating the process alone. Then, I found Outdoor Options and met Gaylin, who immediately made me feel at home and comfortable tackling a project I had never done before. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, ensuring I understood each step, and offered me what I felt was an excellent price. She also provided references for professionals who could assist with the necessary pad for the building and future indoor improvements if needed.

Everything went smoothly. The company called to confirm the delivery, and the building arrived on time. They completed the project in just five days, and the final result was beautiful. Unfortunately, I had provided the wrong measurements for one of the garage openings. When I brought it up with Gaylin, she coordinated with the company, and they quickly arranged a fix. While I was prepared to cover the cost, the fee was minimal, which was a pleasant surprise.

I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. I highly recommend Outdoor Options and Longhorn because they treat you with respect, support you throughout the build, and continue to ensure your satisfaction even after the project is complete. We are beyond happy with our new building!

Gaylin was exceptional from start to finish. She reached out to me after seeing that I'd been exploring their website. She answered all my questions and worked up everything I wanted for my carport and shed at a price that made me happy. When the wrong roof was installed on our carport by the manufacturer, Gaylin immediately reached out to them on my behalf. After hurricane Helene, Outdoor Options checked with me to see if the roof had been corrected. It had not been because Real Steel had been affected by the storm. After a couple of weeks, I reached out to Gaylin for an update. Within minutes I received a call from Real Steel with a delivery date. Our 12' x 12' shed is far above my expectations. Gaylin was absolutely correct when she told me the shed would be better built to order than any chain store could offer. My daughter and I couldn't be more pleased with our carport and shed!
