Took my family for lunch August 13 2024 and I been hearing all the bad things, lemme tell you what. My family had a good time, we were treated with respect and the gentleman working the counter were incredibly kind. I even grabbed some steaks for me and the wife. Been coming here since I was a kid and it never disappoints. Thanks for being my go to spot for a random Tuesday.

The quality of the meat is on point, but the customer service needs major work. The counter person acts like a know-it-all and gods gift to butchery. Very arrogant and acts like you're bothering them to ask questions. I've bought meat numerous times and it's the same thing each visit. To this end, i probably won't come back anymore. They have to remember they're not the only game in town. I'll go where people appreciate my business. Hottingers, Corner Butchery, Barstow Butcher, etc.

I do want to warn you that yes this place is expensive. However, it is worth the price! I bought half a pound of their bacon and it smelled and tasted like nothing you have ever had before. It was lean and had little grease. Normally with bacon it is super greasy. This one wasn’t. Perfect for a blt. I also got a roast and the flavor was completely different than anything I have had before. I literally went back the next day for four more pounds of bacon and some lunch meat. I highly recommend this place. If you want fresh meats that are better for you this small butcher is the place to go. The beef jerky they have is also really good.

Been going there for over 10 years, Always great sandwich's, but the new guy has no customer service skills, and really rude and disrespectful,... It seemed like he doesn't appreciate his job, which seemed weird because its a solid business to work for
