This local church body had a free school supply give-away thing today. We showed up & they went above & beyond for hundreds of people. They gave everyone school supplies, kids back packs & tons of groceries!! What a blessing they have been to this community. One of the members Joshua prayed with us as we pulled out. It's great to see people that love the Lord & & His calling. There were many volunteers helping any way they could despite the rain. That is a true servant attitude

The people at OFA are full of Gods grace and compassion. I would place then up with the highest standard of believers. The pastor leads as he ought to. Those in the ministry are active in their pursuit to display Gods love. The worship is comforting. And the children’s ministry is truly wonderful.

If you live near Owasso, OFA is definitely the church to call home.

Love everything about OFA!
Our daughter started as a newborn and is currently in the 1st grade. The staff and volunteers have always treated us well, and I've always felt extremely comfortable leaving my child. I love the fact that my child always "wants" to go to church and gets upset if we have to miss. It says a lot about their kids program.
For adults, there is always a place in which to plug-in and grow and develop great friendships; from Sunday worship to Christian living classes to small groups to weekly bible studies and even monthly live better events.
This church loves God and loves people!!

My family and I WERE members of this church. We were excited to have found our new church home about two months ago until the director of Noah's Ark Preschool (were my son was also attending preschool) basically informed me we were not welcome at the preschool anymore because my son occasionally cried. The preschool teachers are amazing but the director needs to learn some compassion badly. She spoke to me in a very condescending way and ,made me so uncomfortable we left both the preschool and the church family. I have never experienced anything so wrong at a church. Not to mention from a pastors wife. Please consider that if your child cries (as part of normal child development/ normal occasional toddler behavior) you will be called to pick up your kid as the director doesn't feel its their problem to deal with your child nor do they have the time or staff to "deal" with your child's tears.

I had come to OFA 7 years ago when I was hurt and really wanted to disappear into the congregation. The Pastors and staff were wonderful to me and welcomed me. My husband who had not gone to church with me in 17 years came to OFA on a Fathers day. He felt the love and difference in this church. He joined the church shortly after that. After a year or so we were asked to teach Kindergarten and First grade Sunday School. We said we would do it for 3 months. 6 years later we are still teaching the Kindergarten and First graders. We also work in the Children's ministry and go to several camps every summer. The kids program OTown is amazing! We never knew that God would be leading us to do Children's Ministry as volunteer staff at OFA. We absolutely love the staff, Pastors and all of our friends at OFA. We feel loved and valued here and we are at home at Owasso First!

Wow! I have been going to Owasso First assembly of God for a year now and I remember the lasting impression of how warm and welcoming everyone is right away. There is always something going on and the kids area is amazing. Definitely come visit if you are looking to have a better relationship with God!
