Vintage Warehouse in Historical Downtown Glendale w/ EVERYTHING You could want for Filming / Lighting / Green/White/Black/Brick & Wood Walls, a Gazillion "Props" you can use / Wardrobe/Coffin/Car/Motorcycle/Furniture etc. All at your fingertips for use.
Daniel is the Man & Accommodates Artists in every way. Kind of a "Speak Easy" so you've gotta know somebody to get in at first. Excellent Location, Great Rates & the amount of "Bang for you Buck" you get here is Incomparable to Any LA & Back. Book in Advance if you can. Film On!🤘

My wife and I were checking out the old sugar beet factory 🏭 next door and Dan gave us a tour of His old building that he Does music videos for people in. He showed us around and had lots of props, lighting equipment and other cool stuff. We're not musicians ourselves but we really wanted to check out these old buildings and we got a run down of who he is and what he does! He has EVERYTHING anybody could ever need for a music video or otherwise to make a solid good quality video 📹 or movie. 15/10 Definitely recommend. He was super polite and very knowledgeable about his skillset and what people like and knows the history of everything inside and on that property.
