Paragon is top notch... A++++

I have had a/c checks and repairs, and today air duct cleaning!

The technicians, Devan and Brandon, arrived on time, explained the cleaning process, and asked if I had questions as they were more than happy to answer anything that was not completely clear. They were considerate of my time, checking in with me along the way to update me with the cleaning process, and their status.

I even added to their work, asking if they could move my thermostat to another wall, and they accommodated me!! The technicians cleaned up and finished on time.

I called the Paragon office and provided compliments for Devan and Brandon, before they had even left my home!!

So impressed. Our AC went out and then we started calling around. I had called three other companies and no one answered. I was able to get through to Paragon super quick, and they had someone at my house within a half hour. Our AC was fixed right away. The service was very professional, Devan was extremely kind and helpful. Absolutely will call them again the next time we need it.

Super happy with Paragon! I was given the runaround by another company for weeks, and was without AC on the first floor of my home that entire time. There was a delay with the other company needing to come look at the serial number to order the part. It was such a relief when I contacted Paragon and they offered to send someone out same-day. Keola was my tech and he was on time, super friendly, very familiar with the issue, and already had the part with him. Within 30 minutes my AC was blowing ice cold air, and I am beyond grateful for Paragon. I ended up signing up for their Pro Plan, where they call every 6 months to schedule inspection and maintenance of my HVAC, which I would likely not do on my own, and is beyond worth the price to have their 24/7 support. I feel like this review sounds like a paid ad but this is legit how I feel about my experience with them ? So grateful!!

Shea from Paragon was absolutely amazing! And Paragon itself was great too! Called because AC went out randomly and they showed up 1.5 hours later same day and fixed everything, even during a holiday weekend! My daughter had just fallen asleep too and Shea was so accommodating while going into the attic and everything. Great customer service, quality work, annd affordable pricing! Will definitely be recommending/using in the future for any AC issues!

Today was the first time we called Paragon for service on our AC unit. The tech arrived within 20 mins, had diagnosed and had the parts with him. Very professional and quick! We are now signed up for their maintenance program and are so thankful for the quick response, thank you!

We had a unit stop working late Monday night. We called and they had a tech there within in hour. They were able to fix it on the same trip and get the unit back up and running. They were easy to work with and did a good job of explaining everything.

Called Paragon at 10.00pm to schedule service. Devan came out the next morning at 7.30am. Our unit kept running wouldn't shut off . He checked outside unit it was okay. He checked coil on furnace and found 3 leaks also rusted area's. We needed new coil . They replaced coil . Old coil was a carrier made in Mexico. Only 5 yrs old and out of warranty by 1 week. ( new home build). Would Highly recommend Paragon and when the time comes to replace our outside unit will have them install an Amana, which is made in the United States in Texas.
