Highly recommend! My trip was quickly approaching and I needed my passport fast. Processing time with the government was too long and would not come in time. I had no idea what I was doing, but customer service was great and walked me through the process. They were professional and very knowledgeable. Yes, you’re going to pay a little more for a hand carry service, but it was well worth it. Ironically, we were getting my daughter’s passport around the same time. We used regular government processing and USPS for hers since we had more time. Big mistake! Even with the extra time, the passport was delayed and we had to adjust our trip. I wish I would have used this service for both of us! I swear, this sounds like a commercial, but it’s not lol! I just highly recommend 🙂

Excellent service! Well worth the money! Their instructions are clear. If you have questions, they are available through the chat feature on their website. They reviewed the visa application and provided very useful suggestions. Take their offer to print out a FedEx shipping label. You will save money. I would definitely use this service again. They make the whole process as easy as possible.

We realized shortly before our trip from the US to Europe that our passports expired in <6 months, and that we would not be able to travel without updated passports. It was Saturday, October 12, and our departing flight was in two weeks on Saturday, October 26. We searched, saw good reviews for PassportsVisasExpress, and decided to go with their 7-8 business days passport renewal, and rush (overnight) return shipping. It was a very good choice. We had passport photos taken, got the copy of our marriage license, and filled out all the forms same day on Saturday, October 12 and dropped the packet off with FedEx for the fastest possible shipping to their HQ in Arlington, VA. Because of shipping times, our packet did not arrive to their office until Tuesday morning, October 15. They did not update the online account to show receipt, so after 24 hours I contacted them, and it turned out they had received and processed the documents on the same day they received them. They quickly updated the online portal to show our order had been processed. They submitted the documents to the Passport Office within 24 hours, and then we had to wait on that processing time. I contacted them again to check on timing, and they said they were quite sure they would be able to pick up the new passports on Wednesday, October 23, and they would overnight them to us same day. And that is exactly what happened. We had our renewed passports (and marriage license copy) in hand on Thursday, October 24, with just one day to spare before our flight! We appreciate this service incredibly....our trip would have had to have been cancelled without PassportVisasExpress.

I promised myself I would actually write a review if everything went quickly and according to plan and here I am! I realized as I was booking a flight for my honeymoon that my passport expired in less than 2 months and I wouldn't be able to get into the EU with less than 6 months left on it.

After doing some research, I settled on PassportVisasExpress, but I was extremely nervous to spend the money and send my passport in via a service that I hadn't heard of before.

I used the urgent passport renewal service, and I received my passport in a week and a half from the time I mailed it in and only 2 business days after the appointment with the passport agency on my behalf (their appointment with the passport agency was on a Monday and I had my passport by Wednesday at 2pm).

My only feedback is that the instructions for sending your passport in for the urgent renewal are the same as the instructions for the regular renewal service. In several cases you actually have to follow a different process for urgent renewal (for example, you need them to send you the express FedEx label for Chicago instead of the mailing label that is automatically generated for Virginia). It would be great if there were two separate sets of instructions.

However, I have to say that the live chat representatives were incredibly helpful (during weekdays their response time is immediate) and I really appreciated the automatic text updates when they received my passport and the email update confirming my order (aka appointment) was complete.

Read carefully and use the chat if you are unsure. But overall, this was an easy process and, although expensive, worth the money. Thank you so much, you saved my honeymoon!!!

Wow wow wow. I'm impressed and slightly in shock. I'll be honest, I was very weary of using an expeditor and if it was worth it. I shipped the paperwork on Tuesday, they delivered it to the passport agency on Thursday, I had my passport in my mailbox on Saturday! PassportVisasExpress was the most reasonably priced service I found, they were very quick with communication, very thorough with explaining everything, and absolutely worth it!! Highly, highly recommend this company!

#1 I rarely write a review #2 Im super uber skeptical all things internet and all the hype/promises not to mention the scammer. With that all said, I cannot express how OUTSTANDING the service was and how they exceeded all expectations. Lets break this down so you fully understand why I feel this way. Last minute notice from my boss I was told that I would be taking a trip out of the country (Leaving the U.S. to Mexico) in approx. 25 days. Of course I choked as I knew my passport had already expired over 5 years ago. I immediately went to see how long the processing time was for a new passport and sure enough I freaked out as it's currently 13+ weeks out from the time of the State Dept. receiving the paperwork for a new one. I began my search for expedited passport service companies and came across Passport Visa Express. After doing a little research I pulled the trigger for the $200 option which would take 10-15 days and crossed my fingers that this was legitimate and I was not sending all my personal information to a criminal....LOL I used their fedex overnight service they offered, sent all the documents on 3/27/23, which they received the next morning. Then the magic happened... I received my brand new passport on 4/3/23 yes that is correct 4/3/23 an entire week+ ahead of schedule as they told me it would be arriving during the week of 4/10. Im not sure why mine was processed so quickly but I'm very grateful and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Passport Visa Express, honest and true their word. Thank You!!! final note: NO they didnt ask me for a review and yes I'm a real customer.
