Order shirts on 8/30 and on 9/21 I went up there and was told they would be ready on 9/23. I call at 5:40pm on 9/23 and the shirts still aren’t ready. Meanwhile we have already played 2 real games and 1 scrimmage. Absolutely uncalled for if you ask me considering they went through the rec, and I would consider that unprofessional. If they are looking for more business this is not the way to do it.

Upon receiving a hat that I had ordered, I found the front spattered with what seems to be chocolate or some other food. I will be in contact with the store to try to resolve this problem, but currently I am very disappointed with the product. I will update this post as needed.
