I've worked here for over a year and half and I just want to come on here and give a 5 star review and just to let other customers know that this is your one stop shop into getting not only industrial parts but also custom parts, for an example, great high temp ceramics, illusion colors, same day or next day wheel service color turn around, best of the best! I've learned to powder coat myself and how tedious each step can be. This shop cares about every customer that walks through the door and every employee who has ever been able to work here.

Chantell powder coat of these three pieces. I’m in the middle of a renovation and really didn’t want to have The hassle of finding a new vent cover that fits my vent spot. She made these look brand new and refinished my plant holders. They all turned out amazing would highly recommend. All items had a quick turn around and I’m looking forward to working with her again while I complete my renovation.

Attempted to call multiple times, spoke with someone on powder coating some engine parts, sent pictures for reference. 1 week or so later got a reply asking I’m still interested, said yeah, tried calling multiple times with no answer. Pretty cool stuff. Took my stuff to custom coasters Atlanta, they answered immediately and gave pricing.

Do not do business with Performance Powder Coating. By far one of the most dishonest, poor quality, poor management, lack of communication company I have ever seen. Reached out back in October of 2022 to have a set of wheels powdered coated in a candy 2 tone. A candy teal and a Pearl black. Was informed there was an 5-10 day turn around time and gladly accepted this. All in all if you’re looking to do business with this company I can’t not stress enough how much I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS. Chantell is extremely dishonest, she has extremely poor management, their quality of work is atrocious. You’ll be lucky to have your items back in any form of a timely manner. And if you do happen to get them back. They will be of such poor workmanship you’ll be out more money having them redone. Do not waste your time doing business with Performance Powder Coating or Chantell Strickland. It’s been over 80+ business days since my wheels were dropped off and this absolutely nightmare has started. And I’ve yet to receive a completed product. I’ve had nothing but poor communication. False information, broke promises, and extremely poor quality come from this place.

SAVE your $ and go elsewhere. Quick summary.
Dropped off 3-8’ signs to be powder coated , was told 1 wk turnaround.
1 wk went by, reached out by FB messenger and got no response. Stoped by the shop later that day to check in, was told they were backed up due to “weather”. Was told they are gonna get it done over the weekend and I should be hearing from them on Monday-Tuesday the latest.
Never heard from them till I reached out Thursday. They replied back and said they have to order my specific color. And it will be a few days.
Fast forward to week 3, I messaged them to find out if the sign are ready for pickup.
They replied back with, pickup later in the day they have some more work left to be done.
Picked them up, and lets just say they do garbage work. Theft by deception!! Pictures don’t die justice. They haven’t even tried to make excuses for the extremely poor work. On top I don’t think they even properly blasted the sign for powder coating, as I can still ready the sharpie marked over the spray paint they used. Yes! Spray paint! Full disclosure. They didn’t charge me for the colored portion of coating, but they just created hours of additional labor to correct the issue let alone the additional $ to fix it. Stay away!

Worst powder coating ever. Pieces rusting because they weren't prepped properly. Out of the 70+ pieces they did, 30 of them are starting to rust. Truck bed liner rattle cans do a much better and more durable job. I have the receipt to prove purchase.

Recently got a powder coated rough country lift on my truck via PPC. I don’t think I could have asked for a better service or quality of work. Chantell was very good with communication during the process even during hiccups due to the manufacturer sending wrong parts. If I have any other powder coating projects I will definitely be reaching out to PPC. All the negative comments I’ve read have to be ppl that just want to complain. I’ve had nothing but a good experience with this company. Just understand good work can’t be rushed and they do fantastic work.
