I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary clinic. We’ve been coming here with our 16-year-old senior dog who had multiple medical conditions, and the care we’ve received has been exceptional. The staff is consistently friendly and supportive, and the vet is incredibly knowledgeable without ever pushing unnecessary services. They truly helped us provide the best care for our senior pup during her last years.

A special shout-out to Kathy at the front desk, who is always so kind and willing to assist with anything we need. Her warmth and support have made a big difference during a challenging time. Thank you all for your outstanding care and dedication!

I've been going to this vet for a few years. I am first time cat owner and have two male cats. I have especially skittish cats and have a hard time getting them to the vet, but have unfortunately had to bring them in multiple times, for asthma and broken bones etc. the people at this clinic are always friendly and they get you in so quick and are flexible. When I call they are usually able to take my cat the same day. I have a particularly hard time catching one of my cats and am not able to make their scheduled appointment sometimes. They are always so understanding and able to squeeze him in when I am able to get him in the carrier. If you're looking for friendly people who really care about your animal, definitely take them here. They are also so affordable and I never have to break the bank to make sure my boye are healthy!

Compassionate care! Our first visit to Petra Pet Clinic was when it became necessary to put our ailing 17 yr old cat to sleep. The staff thoughtfully prepare for our appointment with a clean towel and absorbent pad on the cold stainless steel examination table. We and our cat were treated with empathy, gentleness and patience. A few days later we received a card with meaningful messages of caring written by each of the staff. Our experience with their care has been helpful in processing our grief and loss. We are grateful.

I must say in spite of all the good comments and the compassion the staff may show you, it is so devastating when the Vet prescribes medication and your pet dies in your arms, on the second pill of them taking the medication prescribed…and you later find out the Vet’s diagnosis was incorrect, so it was a wrongful death due to the diagnosis and the medication described!

Please question everything, especially when they give you medication to know what the pros and cons are because they obviously don’t give them to you without you asking!

The staff is very friendly! It's great that they make your meds on site as well and they're reasonably priced. I do wish the vet would examine my dog. We've been twice now and both times they Vet did not come near our dog. We continued to have issues and were not helped, so we're seeing a different vet.
