Had a total hysterectomy with the bikini cut. My first time having surgery and the staff was kind, informative, and profession. Not an ounce of dirt, completely clean and sanitary building. The cleaning crew made sure my space with clean.

Dr is Crystal Slade, she’s amazing. She helped me start a new life and I’m forever grateful.

The food was delicious and they catered to my vegan lifestyle 100% and it was yummy.

The Drs that were assigned to me were the best. They made sure I was good all times. It was a period during my discharge where they got slow with getting back to me but it became busy so I understand!

Thank you for everything! Highly recommend this hospital!

This has been the worst experience of my life…I’m afraid for my life with severe head pain and I expressed at least 10 times that the pain was getting worse. I sat for 3 hours and no one saw me or answered me when I used the nurse call button. I just walked out and headed to another hospital with the hopes of being seen. I better not see a bill from Piedmont Fayetteville hospital because they did not see me. The picture is the staff on duty. Worst hospital ever!

This is by far my worst experience in a hospital. I’m reading other reviews and the experience is the same. What is the point of an emergency room with no since of urgency. My daughter came in with serve abdominal pains, so bad that we could not wait for an urgent care visit the next day. But we might as well have waited. They are taking vitals, blood samples and scans then putting you back in the lobby. No conversation with doctors on how you are feeling or levels of pain. Just waiting, no treatment at all. People forced to sit in uncomfortable chairs in a cold lobby for hours on hours with no relief for the the pain and discomfort you are feeling. I see the response for the Piedmont care team with generic statement on how important we are and how they care but this is not show in their actions … it’s only a lack of actions. You come to the ER in your most vulnerable state. Only to be sat aside with very little concern on your state of being. I almost seems like you can only be addressed if you are in the middle of dying, … guess you need a gun shot wound to the head to get any level of care here. I always took my kids to Childerns Healthcare and I would strong discourage any body from coming here… care is disgraceful

I honestly don't even think I have the words to express how truly grateful I am for the amazing staff at this hospital. Due to mild complications with my blood pressure, I had to get induced a little earlier than planned but the nurses took such good care of me and were always on top of it! I could tell that the people here really care about their job and helping people and it shows! In the end, my son was born healthy and well. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I knew how to take care of my baby and left me feeling a lot more confident after being discharged (because I had no experience beforehand) This was my first time staying in a hospital, but the overall experience was so overwhelmingly positive. I wish there was more I could do to show these wonderful people how much I appreciated their efforts and their care.

My mom was there for 12 days in December. Everyone was very nice and accommodating to her. My one thing I would say is the cleaning person was a thumb down. I would just clean the room daily and after things were done. The pct and nurses were GREAT.

I came in by ambulance with severe stomach pain at 2:30am, can barely walk. My blood was taken and urine however that is it. It’s 7:10AM now and I still have not been seen. I’m sitting in a hard chair with SEVERE stomach pain, I asked the receptionist was there ANYTHING that could be done due to me being in pain even asked to go lay in the car. I was told no and dismissed because they don’t have enough beds and nurses which is also negligent. If you don’t have beds/nurses send patients to different hospitals but to have over 15 ppl in the lobby waiting to be seen for hours is crazy. The woman in the photo is VERY nasty, no empathy for patients and does not need to be in healthcare filed.!

The experience I recently had at Piedmont Fayette Hospital was fantastic! I was admitted with a serious allergic reaction to my BP meds which sent my body into a scary couple of days. The staff from the ER to the Cardiac Telemetry floor were fantastic and will not be soon forgotten. I would like to thank my nurses Max, Michelle and Wendy who showed such care and concern and the PCT’s Heather and Skye who were so friendly and sweet and even my Environmental Service tech Maria who greeted me with a big smile and kind words each morning. My doctors Dr. Wajé and Dr. Opoku, I thank you both for your knowledge and kindness. There are others I’m forgetting, but hopefully the charge staff will let all the nursing staff on my case know I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. You are fantastic!!

Based on my most recent visit I wouldn’t recommend this hospital. I sat in the waiting area over 4 hours and watched as nurses bypass my specimen sample as if it was none existent on the countertop . This hospital claims to go by pain level, however everyone doesn’t yell or scream when they are in pain. The head nurse showed no signs of being concerned or even worried about me addressing my concern The nurses lack empathy and compassion. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital for an er visit.
