Very pleasing to look at. As a Piedmont I expect the medical service to be very good. That being said, they either are stupid, don't care, or wish to see disabled folks suffer. The handicap parking is a great distance to the main entrance. There are regular spaces closer than some of the handicap spaces. Not enough handicap spaces - came at 7:55AM on a Saturday and they were all taken. But it sure is pretty.Be sure to bring your cane, walker, or other mobility device.
To continue, all the waiting area furniture is very low. Also handicap unfriendly.
I have identified more exterior space that would be appropriate for handicap parking.
Amazes me how tone deaf and blind the administration is to handicapped people.
You would think a hospital (which I assume gets more handicap visitors/patients than almost all other businesses would be more attentive to the disabled.

I've never been a patient there, but my mom has several times, and so has her boyfriend. So I've been there quite a bit as a visitor. They both received excellent care. At least 99.9% of the people we've been in contact with are kind, caring, and very good at what they do. Everyone from the ER desk/info desk, to the care staff, the cleaning staff, the food service staff - all of them. The hospital is beautiful and so clean and modern. Newnan is fortunate to have this place!

Took my Mother to the Er for a fall. We had a wonderful visit. The nurse Catherine was amazing. She called my Mom a Southern Belle and said she was precious! The PA Stephanie, was super sweet and took wonderful care of Mom. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend them and will be coming back for all our families medical needs.

I recently had a medical emergency that required me to have an unexpected hospitalization at Piedmont Newnan. I was able to receive excellent treatment from check-in to discharge. Everyone helped me feel at ease despite the stressful situation. The medical team, including my doctors, nurses, and specialists, were highly professional and attentive. They made sure to explain my condition clearly and answered all my questions with much patience. I want to personally thank Novia, Hasani, Bobbie, and Alexis for taking care of me during my hospitalization. They genuinely cared about my safety and well-being. They checked in on me regularly and made sure I was coping with both the physical and emotional aspects of being in the hospital. Thank you so much for all that you do!

As someone with major medical anxiety, looking at these reviews scared me prior to going to piedmont. Today I had an experience in the ER and while the wait times were long (as every hospital is) each and every nurse was caring, extremely kind and supportive. The Dr that I saw was extremely reassuring and had fantastic bedside manner. My personal opinion is that piedmont hospital in Newnan is absolutely fantastic.

My daughter and I brought my grandson to the emergency room here in Newnan and we felt like we were in a third world country.They treated us very unprofessional. Both of the nurses assist seemed annoyed with me for questioning them about not being sterile and sitting behind curtains in the lobby area. One of the nurses assistant name was Stasha in the ER. Keep your ATTITUDE at home it doesn't belong in the emergency room with sick people. I understand the pressure of your job but you should NEVER appear to be annoyed with a patient.

Inexperienced person in imaging had my mother's arm so swollen she told her she was in pain but she kept trying to put contrast in until she started screaming then one of the nurses noticed how bad her arm looked and finally stopped after 2 times installing contrast I have pictures when they returned her to Er after this happened. Then she was put in a room I asked for a bed side toilet for her bc she can't use left leg from previous stroke 2 hours later still no potty I go ask again they bring one with no pan or bucket? We have had a very bad experience

This is for my experience with labor and delivery. My husband and I ended up having to be here for 2.5 days in total and we had a lovely experience. The labor and delivery staff were so friendly and great. They listened to all my concerns and were responsive to any questions I may have had.

Post-delivery was also great. I was genuinely surprised how many people checked on us from different departments to make sure baby and I were doing well.
