While the greeting i got as soon as i walked in was lovely and inviting that was about the only thing enjoyable about my experience here . I dont know if theyre being nice and telling people to do reviews but i assure you NO ONE in the waiting area was happy. . So lets begin…..I want start off by mentioning how i called 7 times between 10:30am and 2 oclock and no one answered until 2:15pm. I was told “lunch” was happening but i didnt know lunch consisted of two hours. Speaking of 2 hours i came in for a simple drug screen & proceeded to sit in the waiting area with sick and coughing people for over two hours . When i got to the back I counted about 6 people just sitting there at the Demi circled desks laughing and tapping their phones . I was given a cup & proceeded to the bathroom where the toilet was wet nasty and dirty looking , the floor was wet and I couldn’t tell if it was water from the rain or piss ! I will never never never return .

The doctor and staff were professional, knowledgeable and very caring. The time I had to wait to see the doctor was a little long, but when she(the doctor) did come to see me; she was very much on point. The doctor, first apologized for being a little late in taking care of my health concern and secondly she knew exactly how to care for me. I really appreciated having this Piedmont Urgent Care so convenient in my area.

We came into Urgent Care for our child and received exceptional service by Brittany at the front desk. The service was faster than we expected and to the point. In the event that we have to return in the future, we would definitely prefer to see Brittany.

Ten out of 10 stars. Phenomenal service from the check in to the actual procedure. All health care providers were extremely professional. The two black women that performed putting in stitches are an overwhelming asset to the profession. They both worked as a team, calmly guiding and directing the procedure.

I brought my son here after a minor non-contact injury at football practice. I scheduled a same day appointment and the experience was very efficient. Check-in with Brittany went smoothly. We were able to get x-rays. Very good experience here.

Brittany was so welcoming and efficient, and it felt genuine. My daughter and I were checked in promptly, and referrals were offered. If you need to get in quickly, make an appt beforehand, but even if you don’t, it’s not nearly as long of a wait as other urgent care facilities.

Front desk staff and the doctor I had for very professional and nice. The doctor was very gentle and helpful with my issue. The office was clean.

On the improvement side though, the wait time was a little long. This isn’t reflective of the overall business because I usually go to another location and this hasn’t been an issue. This could have been an off day for this location. My pre-booked time was 8:07a and I was still waiting to finish appointment at 9:30a.

Great customer service and get you people check in quickly. Brittany, Paola & Camille were great in my time of not feeling well. The Doctor and medical staff had great bedside manners and got my taken care of.
