I live in one of the places hurricane Helene hit; 50% of the county does not have electricity almost a week after the hurricane. I saw Pike trucks driving around. Thank you for helping our county out. I have power, but so many people don't. When parts of our county hurts, we all do. We all appreciate and are grateful for the linemen that are taking time away from their families to help us out!

I didn’t have any issues with the team that is in the Hinesville GA area. They got to my house at 8am, waited for the rest of the team to arrive (about 9am). They then started working right away. They even informed me when the power would be shut off which was nice because I made me some lunch to make sure I had eaten before the power went out.
They communicated with me every step of the way.
They did leave the old pole in my yard but said it can be removed as soon as WINSTREAM comes out and switches the wires over (they legally can’t touch cable wires they said).
They were very polite and DID NOT tear up my yard with their trucks like the tree company did.
5 stars.

They were hired by my electric company for the job. I did not hire them.

First off they aren't the electric company for Jones County. But Jones County hires them to come on your property and cut down huge trees not even close to the lines. They leave em lay right where they fall. They sprayed my 40 year old fig tree also. Left it standing dead. If you call tri County to complain they send pike to your door. When you call pike they say call tri County. The guy who came to look at complaint was same guy who made the mess so he gets to be executioner and jury n judge. No help for a good family getting our farm trashed.

I would like to know why one of your bucket trucks entered my gated blacktop driveway, drove the full 1500' length, only to turn around at the top then leave! Caused asphalt breakage and damage to the edge of drive. Total time on property was two minutes.

These guys rock!!! Said power would be off for about an hour but was back up and running in 35 minutes! Polite, well spoken & very genuine...you guys are the bomb!!!
