My appointment was at 15:00. Arrived at 14:36. Checked In with the security guard, she took my paperwork and told me to park on the street. That they will call once it’s time to dock…
Seems they do a shift change at 15:30 until 16:00. ( Previous shift doesn’t unload trucks. ) YOU WILL NOT BE UNLOADED UNTIL AFTER 16:00…
Then it’s one truck at a time. Still waiting for a phone call from the security guard at 16:15. They took a LTL load before the rest of us that have been waiting. Security guard was nice and professional, they just do what they’re told to do. Now it’s 17:45.. still waiting to be called… one truck went into the facility.
Once I was called in, they unloaded my trailer within 15 minutes. Left at 18.16.. The employees are professional and personable.
The two missing stars have nothing to do with the employees, ( they did everything they were supposed to do) it’s the company that set it up this way.

Came here to deliver load at 1 pm . The guard told me that she will call whenever the door will be available. And it’s 7 pm, i am still waiting for the call. Moreover, there is no place to park truck and they Dont even allow to park truck on road. They are like find someplace by yourself and wait for the call. Don’t know why they don’t respect drivers

I'm not sure why all the bad reviews. We were in & out with our unload. The guard 💂‍♂️ was very nice & professional. The guy that unloaded us & the guy that signed our ppw were also very nice & professional. Nice place to unload. Thanks!

This place is just like the other reviews stated, slow and unorganized. Appointment for 4am, arrived at 3:30. 6am and I’m still sitting on the street waiting on a phone call. There’s literally only 1 truck on the dock but they say they have no space. No other trucks have been in or out why is it taking so long to create a space?
UPDATE
After sitting on the street for hours I finally asked the guard if I could go to the receiving office. Once I talked to them I was immediately given a dock, unloaded 30 minutes later.

FOR CARRIERS: Plant only has one dock door dedicated to receiving freight. Once Carrier checks in at guard shack, unit will have to park down the road until called to proceed to receiver dock. Probably best to confirm with broker if a scheduled appt time can be arranged...

This place has bad reviews, mine is not. Appt 18:00 friday, arrived @ 18:06. (Nashville, Chattanooga, Atlanta, need I say more) Sat on cul-de-sac for 1 hour 43 min. Called to dock, unloaded in 52 min. Not bad in my book. Not much room but can park 2-3 trucks on street.

The first time I went to the Toyota Lexus group it was a very bad experience at the guard shack because I am a combat disabled vet security had me doing things that I thought was unnecessaryand some things I just felt like I shouldn't had to done because they should understand that I am disabled.
The last time I went about a month ago all of the security guards were very nice.
they even told me just as sit in the van and they opened up the back rear cargo door to inspect the inside twice
I don't know what changed.
but it may have been how I felt about the whole experience and the fact that being disabled.
The security guards didn't have to be as rude as they were.
So this time they were not rude they were good and helpful!

Unfortunately didn't read reviews before i confirmed load!! Parking on street, waiting for someone phone call 9hr already...no restrooms, no water!! Check guard doesn't know his own name and not what time I'll get call from some dikhead!!
