Another one of those places that doesn't care or have respect for a truck drivers time . HELLO. People i only have so many hours to work and sitting in your parking lot does not make me money . Why do ask for a truck if your product is not ready to ship ?It sucks

Employees are nice but this place is a complete mess!! They took over 3 hours to load me then we have to go back to the shipping office to get the paperwork and they close down between 12:00-1:00 for lunch!! NOBODY is available between then! So it was about a total of 5 hours I wasted at this poorly run place

Would give no stars but not an option. They are slow and sloppy. Claim they only hand load, however felt the forklift on trailer and they put holes in the trailer roof. Denied any responsibility for it as well as boxes knocked all around in back of trailer. Had an appointment to be loaded and had to wait toget to a door, and waited even longer to get loaded.

Not sure what all these negative responses are but I didn't experience none of them, must just be people with attitudes , every person I dealt with were super friendly and I was loaded in under an hour ? plus the girl that gives paper work and walks out to check load and seal,, OMG ? Super Model !!!

It sounds like our office might’ve screwed up and sent me here on the wrong day. I’d have to say that if this is the case, this shipper was kind enough to work me in. They don’t communicate very well with the drivers so I don’t know who or what went wrong here but I’ve been waiting for hours.

Over 9 hours to get in dock and get loaded. Was called and told done as they were still putting product in trailer.
