The company celebrated Autism awareness month in April of 2024 here in Fort Payne. The same month I was offered an IT position that has a very high turn rate of 6 employees in 7 years for this position. I was hired as a contract to hire and had to agree to 8 years and not try to get my direct managers and his managers job due to my more extensive experience and knowledge. I have severe ASD, along with severe PTSD, anxiety and ADHD that are related to the ASD and abuse of not understanding for many decades. There are any number of ways to let someone go with disabilities. Telling them to go home and rest after all servers crashed and I could not do anything because of no credentials to gracefully shutdown systems, no phone that worked in the server closet, other than my personal cell phone. Then sending an email asking me to call Robert Half to be told that I am being terminated, due to seemingly being "unhappy". I was truly happy and suicidal for many weeks after this happened. Plasman and Robert Half do not care about people at all, it is all a show. Neither company will settle with me and seem to want me to experience the highest amount of anxiety and stress. Both companies violated the ADA under EEOC title 1 and OFFCP section 503. Due to not wanting to own up to doing anything illegal and not wanting to settle, I have no choice but to sue, in order to pursue justice. It is crazy to me that both companies know they are at fault, yet are completely avoiding wanting to work any settlement out, before attorneys, court fees and additional publicity are gone through. Both companies knew over multiple emails and phone calls for multiple interviews and discussions about ADA protections for severe ASD and PTSD, prior to starting and day one Plasman made an accommodation of moving me out of the server "closest".

Will not load at this place no more shipping guy keeps lying about when I will be loaded my appointment was at 9 eastern it's now midnight and I'm still sitting in the dock.you have been warned.....about loading here they suck...
