We had an amazing experience at Platinum Marine! From the moment we walked in, Kristi and Trey made us feel welcome and treated us with the utmost respect. As a young couple, we’ve had experiences at other dealerships where we weren’t taken seriously, but that was not the case here. Kristi and Trey were incredibly knowledgeable, answering all our questions with patience and enthusiasm. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and provided honest advice without any pressure. Their kindness and professionalism made the entire process enjoyable, and we left feeling confident in our options. We purchased a sun tracker sport fish pontoon at Platinum Marine years ago and are so happy with it. Platinum Marine is a friendly family business and they consistently provided excellent customer service and prompt, reliable maintenance support. We’ve relocated out of state and they assisted us with the necessary registration paperwork. If you’re looking for a new boat and/or maintenance, we highly recommend Platinum Marine 👍

Had my tri toon in for a PCM issue and Mr Jimmy and Mr Trey took great care of my boat and all the issues with my gagues and PCM due to lightning damage, the big P insurance did nothing, but Platinum Marine took great care of the issues and had me all fixed in a timely manner and back on the water. I would recommend Platinum Marine for all of your boating needs. Awesome staff!! Thanks again Joe Jax

Trey and Kristi at Platinum Marine are the best. Extremely knowledgeable on the products they sell and service.
We ordered a 2024 Suntracker Sportfish22 and in less than one week they had us on the water.
Trey was very thorough in every aspect of every detail on the boat, trolling motor and Lowrance fish finder he installed. I would buy again and suggest you do to!

I would like to thank Jimmy and his team for installing a Jack Plate and a new trolling motor and battery on my boat. Now, thanks to them, I can enjoy my little skiff which I inherited from my father in law. They did a lot of work adjusting the motor height until it was just right and did it all at a very reasonable price. I will always call on them and send all my friends and acquaintances to Platinum Marine for all boat or service needs. This was my 1st boat purchase ever. Kristi and her brother could not have made the experience any better. They both answered all of my inexperienced/stupid questions very friendly and professionally. Kristi took care of everything (financing, out of state registration, etc...) for me via phone calls and text. I was making the purchase from Florida (where there were no boats available) and drove 7 hours each way to get it. It was well worth the trip!! I highly recommend making your boat purchase here!!! I would gladly do it again!!

We purchased a boat from Platinum marine and could not be happier with the entire experience, from the first phone conversation with Trey to when we completed the paperwork with Kristi last Sat. This is a professional establishment where they will give you an honest answer to whatever questions you have for them. We traveled a long ways to purchase this boat and everything was exactly as advertised and Trey went the extra mile to make sure everything was ready for us when we got there. You will not go wrong with buying a boat from these folks. This is a family run business and they treat their customers like family as well. Great people! We bought a boat from couple who originally bought it here and had it serviced here as well. They helped walk us through everything we needed to know. Hoojed up boat engine for testing and even completely typed up all paperwork for us. I would trust this family owned business with all my boating needs.
