I thought I would give this place a try since UPS store never processed a package. On 10/23 I went to ship something at Post Net to my daughter. She never received it and so, I tracked it online on 11/1. The package shows that a label was created but FedX did not pick it up. So, I called and the gentleman who answered said oh yeah that package is still here sitting behind the counter. I am like are you serious so, it's been there for a week and no one called me? He said their fedx label machine broke and it never went out. I said are you going to ship it? He said you need to speak to the manager Conrad. He wouldn't give me any assistance and nor an apology. I thought this store was better.

Unfortunately, under new management, the store is not keeping pace. The owner is nice, but I don’t understand why letters that arrive at the store are waiting for days without being placed into electronic boxes.

We truly appreciate the staff at this Postnet location. Conrad and his team responded to our issue regarding a FedEx shipment with care and attention. We live in Tennessee and yet felt heard and was provided excellent customer service as if we were in person. It was very helpful to have experienced such professionalism and respect over the phone.

I don't know what I would do without Soho Office Dunwoody on my neighborhood! I bring a lot of packages and mail to Soho, and Renee and Alex always make shipping so easy! Forget the U.S. Post Office...take all of your office and mail to Soho. They will tackle any question or task, and the service they provide is unquestionably the best in the city. No package is too much of a problem at Soho...they have shipped a CARPET for me. Before you spend the time at the regular post office standing in line for half decent service, let Soho Office handle all of your office needs.

Unable to reach the location I shipped from, and with the lack of response everywhere else, I tried Kevin at PostNet Dunwoody. He went above and beyond and took the time to try and help me - and it wasn't even his responsibility! So many people could learn from his customer service!
