I have brought my car in here for a few things and they always did okay work. However the past 2 times were awful and I will not be returning.

During my most recent visit, I requested a general check-up and an overall evaluation of my older, high-mileage car. They identified two issues: one I was already aware of and another involving my front brakes. I opted to have the brakes replaced, but they began to squeak, a problem I had never experienced before. When I returned to have them inspected, I was told nothing was wrong, yet I was presented with a list of additional issues totaling over $2,000. I was furious, as these problems were not mentioned during the initial evaluation. I felt they did a poor job on the brakes and then attempted to scam me with additional, unexpected repairs.

It gets worse. I had another car there to fix the power steering. Despite spending $1,200 for the repair the issue reoccurred within a month. I brought it to another mechanic and they literally laughed and informed me that only part of the work had been done, and a crucial component had not been replaced.

I feel like this establishment takes advantage of customers and inflates bills unnecessarily. I will not be retuning. They show little concern for their customers. While they may provide fair service to long-time clients or friends, I would advise newcomers to seek service elsewhere.

I had a pretty extensive repair that needed to be done to my car. I got quotes from multiple mechanics and a family member recommended Poston Motors. I got a quote from them and while I was on the phone, Matt gave me a full run down of exactly what he would be doing to the car. He also mentioned some things that he may need to replace along the way, if it was necessary. My car didn't end up needing some of those replacement parts, but I am very glad that he kept me in the loop anyways. I highly recommend this shop. My car runs perfect now & the price was affordable for the repairs needed.

We went to them a for many years. I think they know what they are doing, probably on high end price-wise , but my problem is Brad who works on the cars, I used to ask for someone else but they went back to Brad and I didn’t say anything .

My mother-in-law brought her car in years ago and when she went to a different place they said she did not have the problem ( Brad “fixed” for $$) that Brad said she did (this is why I asked for someone else).

But last straw is there that he can be really mean. Nasty last time I was in there, he was blaming us for problem . Could’ve been much nicer or at least not rude.

Not worth it , there are many other car repair/service places to have to put up with that

As y'all know one star because you have to but I wouldn't give them that if I didn't have to! We took my husbands truck there to get a clutch fixed! Paid $1100 to have it fixed and also supposedly with a warranty! Within 3 weeks clutch was already messing up! Took it back and of course they said it was something else and not covered under the warranty so another $400! And guess what a few months later the clutch is messed up again! Didn't even bother calling them back! I had another company to do my transmission and they looked at my car and said I had it done by a shade tree mechanic! By hey my car is still in the road! Stay away from this shady place!

I checked our records and your name doesn't come up Is it possible you have us mixed up with some other shop? We stand behind our work and if anyone comes to me with a problem we handle it.

And this is the response I get. Just because my name didn't come up doesn't mean we didn't use your shop. I am 💯 we used your shop under my husbands name. As far as standing behind your work of course you do with saying it is something else and charging more for something under warranty. And btw check Shannon Nettles name.

Matt Poston and his team are the best mechanics around!! They are thorough, honest, friendly and very fair priced. It is well worth the 30 minute drive to go somewhere you can trust the people completely!!! Thank you for taking such good care of my car in a very timely fashion too. We will never go anywhere else now!!!!

Matt and his team are absolutely wonderful! We have an old Ford F-250 that was having issues starting and staying alive. No other mechanic could figure out the issue. Matt got right to work, isolated the problem and fixed it. He also rebuilt new fuel lines as the old ones were shot and no longer available. He kept us posted the entire time and was EXTREMELY fair on price. I highly recommend them and will no longer go anywhere else for any future needs. Thank you . Y’all rock!!
