Patrick is very helpful and knowledgeable about his craft. He came out to fix my leaking skylight and was able/willing to come out later than usual working hours. He figured out the leak was due to debris building up on top of the skylight and fixed the issue without charging us, since it was a simple matter. He also gave us a very reasonable quote on installing a new roof on our barn. I will most likely be choosing him to do that roofing job.

I had a leak in my metal shingle roof. After 50 phone calls, I had been unable to find a roofer in Alabama or Florida willing or able to repair it. Patrick traveled over 300 miles each way and completed my roof repair successfully, safely, and professionally. He documented his work and discussed options as he went along. Patrick just recently finished re-roofing my home and an addition we were doing. The job was handled very professionally, and he was prompt, clean, fast and done within three days. There was some metal fabrication and cricket work around the chimney and where a support beam connected to the roof. Other roofers saw the work as difficult and of course pricey. Patrick said it was not that difficult, offered a fair price, and the work went without a hitch. I already have had him look at a roof on another house and will use him for that work. I will also use him for the gutter work on the new roof. He was on the job the entire time and his crew was happy to work dusk til dawn. I appreciate him blowing the drive and cleaning up daily. Patrick saved the day. We purchased a home with a leaking metal roof. We hired a company that we had used previously at a different home to make repairs. They only made partial repairs. We could never get them back to complete the job. After six months of being strung along, we began to look for someone to straighten out the mess that had been left. Patrick came to our rescue. Our metal roof was 10 years old at this point.
It was a bad installation, had bad flashing and was a poor choice of type of metal roof for our application. This particular roof requires the installation new screws every 10 years. It's not designed to be placed on a building with interior finishes. Of course, we only learned this lesson after buying the home. Patrick spent a week personally replacing every screw on a 5,500 sq.ft. home and a 3-car garage apartment. We estimated that the job had over 2,500 screws. He also fixed the flashing issues around the dormers, and two fireplaces. While he was at it he replaced the aging boots, too. We are sleeping well knowing that this roof isn't leaking anymore and that it was throroughly and painstakingly repaired by a real craftsman. Patrick showed up when he said he would, he carefully explained the issues involved, he gave us a very clear estimate of cost and time, and he came through for us with an excellent work product. I would recommend Patrick without any reservation.

I spoke with Patrick about a small but complex roof deck on our house that is leaking. Due to the distance, they weren't able to do the repair. So knowing that he would not get the job, Patrick proceeded to lay out for me exactly how he would fix it, along with pictures of how the material should look. Not only will this help me so that I can be knowledgeable about the process but also will help me pick a qualifed contractor who is closer to my location. Patrick went above and beyond to help me without any compensation or benefit to himself. If we lived in Newnan, we would definitely use Precision Roofers!

Patrick took care of our roof from start to finish. As a local business owner myself, I have to say his attention to detail is as good as it gets. We went with the duration architectural shingles and gutter guard all the way around. Maintenance free. They installed in one day and was cleaned up and complete later that evening. Would highly recommend you call for a consultation.
