Horrible representation of a company, called attempting to purchase products. Was told I needed to set up an account it was a lengthy process and no one could help then. Online it shows you sell to homeowners, property managers and business’s. The lady that answered the phone was rude and didn’t want to do anything but pass us off to someone else. You want to sell products but you make it so hard for someone to purchase your products. Why would a homeowner need to set up an account and give references to purchase materials?

Pro-tech is a manufacturer we use and trust. Most clients use sub-par roofing contractors and have a bad experience due to the contractors lack of knowledge to apply the correct coating system and system components. We use and trust pro-tech products and have not had any issues. Customer service is on point and reps are always asking about each projects final finish and do routine site visits to confirm the contractor is performing their tasks correctly with the right system components. This better protects our clients and a big reason we shop local with trusted vendors.

This company is, by far, a company that cares. They not only care about their products, but make you feel like family. If there is ever an issue, or even a concern about their products, they do anything they can fix whatever issues you have. And ALL the staff make you feel right at home! I love the people there, and their products are the best in az!

Horrible!!! Manager came to my house and inspected my roof which had Pro Tech products. Ben said ,(with an associate here also) that the product used was the wrong product to use. Only had 1.5 ml thickness. Should have more and water should only sit or pond for 48hrs only!! He said to many times that he would write me a letter on his findings. After talking with his "associates". He cant help me. Went back on his word to protects His contractor! The ROC and BB are next as well as ?

Great place to deliver easy back in. Nice friendly and professional people to deal with Fast unloading they get right on ya and you can street park here a night for a break or there's a bowling alley across the street with a big lot

We have been using their foam and coatings for 20 years. We had one issue 15 years ago and that was immediately rectified. We will always use and recommend the product and the people that work at Pro-Tech.

if i could rate it 0 i would! i use to use this company a lot for materials i recently stopped working for that company i called pro tech to set up an account i am starting my own company in the roofing industry when i got to the top guy on the phone, before i could finish asking him how i would go about an account he said "i don't want or need any more accounts im good" which really made me angry because he didn't even listen to what i was ASKING NOT SELLING he is a jack a**
