Place cool they had overnight parking cause I only had 4 mins left n came in 10 hrs early from my appt so win win n unloading was cool took 2hr 45 min

Well I was there to deliver produce and I arrived night before at 10pm they do have overnight parking. That was great. The guard gave me door no and told me to park there in the morning so I did.
Here is the part you might wanna know before you decide to come here. First is you park at the dock and go inside to check in on the tablet that’s near docks 5** than u get in line and if you couldn’t get door I suggest when you are in truck driving throughout the docks see which ones are available to park because (if you don’t you will keep lining up inside to check in and they will give u different dock n you go out there and it’s not available so u ll come back in.)

No one is going to give you this instructions inside they expect you to know all this for some reason. so I got in line twice and another guy got in line twice and he wasted more time than me. As a trucker less time waste is better so dock it, or park it, go in sign in on to tablet and get in line. And make sure u look for doors if the one they gave is not available so u can tell them these doors are available to back in. Because we have to do there job while they sit there and waste our time.

Do not show up 12 hours before your appointment time because you will only be disappointed. The soonest that they will give you a door and start to unload you is about three hours before your appointment, so only come 12 hours in advance if you’re looking to get some sleep.

you arrive 1 hour before the appointed time and they unload for another 5-6 hours...the people who work there are lazy and in no hurry...it's better not to come in this place.

This place is a nightmare..2nd time this place has messed my schedule up..had a 7am appt arrived 630am, received door immediately. Turned in paperwork...this was for 2 pallets, did t get red light til 10 didn't receive paperwork til 1130..missed my 3rd appt, which has just added at least another day onto this load and possibly missing my reload...this place is horrible, was same way the other times I've been here too...the check in lady is super nice, but that's all this place has going for them

If you have delivery This DC will canceled your next pickup. I was set dock 7 hours. I’m not recommend owner to come there.

The best DC place I ever been, check in easy, I arrived 12h before my appointment, they told me where to park for a night and told me to go to my assigned door at my appointment time. So I had good night sleep, backed into my assigned door in the morning, get unloaded in 3h with all the paperwork, they had cheap lumper for full trailer load, only $88 . So my next pick up was only evening, so I spent another 5h there and nobody bothered me. Thank you

Bad very bad 12hrs on the dock the whole day is gone driver watch out do not book a load that is coming here stay away from this guy
