I have not been to many Publix but this is by far the cleanest and nicest I’ve ever seen. Very well designed and laid out with lots of room to shop clean it looked almost like it was brand new and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. This should be your grocery store.

Have shopped at this location at Publix and always found the employees to be friendly and helpful. The produce department is always very neat and produce fresh. If I need to ask for an item there is always someone to find it for me. The bakery is great too! Love all the breads & cakes. Deli is my favorite along with the meat department where my inquiries are always answered. Great people working there!

Horrible experience with Margaret C in customer service. My company purchases visa gift cards for our referral program and I shouldn’t have to feel like a thief nor a scammer every time I go in to purchase more cards for our customers. If I also request to not have the activation receipts you shouldn’t force them on me or give me a smart comment as if they’re even necessary. I spend way too much money on these cards every month to be harassed.

Steaks are terrible and management is terrible. Kroger has a much superior butcher department. This Publix will misrepresent tougher cuts of of meat for better cuts of meat. Their management doesn’t care they just just wabt to rip you off! I’ve been shopping in this area for over 21 years and can tell you with absolute certainty this store has gone down hill.

For some reason there is always people working at the deli but they are always to busy talking amongst themselves to help you. Today there were 6 people there, said be with you in a minute, after I was standing there a while...(there was no one in line when I walked up.) After standing there a while linger I finally walked off. Total time in store 25 minutes, and I bought 2 packets of turkey gravy mix so it alwasnt a wasted trip

When I place a sub order online here, it comes out 30 minutes to an hour later than the scheduled time. This has happened more than once. They either need to hire more staff or train the ones they have better. If not, they should stop accepting

I don’t like writing negative reviews but decided to do this for awareness. All Publix stores should uphold its standards of customer service and that includes decency, humility and respect. I worked at Publix for a short time many years ago so I know what that means, and for George Jenkins’ wishes for Publix. There’s enough negativity going on in this country and we need to move forward not backward. That includes everyday interactions. On that note, why would anyone want to return to this location with racist/discriminating employees which ruin the look and reputation for the rest of the employees there. And the young brunette girl at the self checkout knows I’m talking about her. Learn how to respect others and love others instead of being hateful, but in order to do that you first need to love and respect yourself. Being nasty, disrespectful and rude toward someone because of how they look and discriminating their intelligence because of their skin color never got anyone anywhere else but lower than they are. And yes I know how to use a machine, I even work in tech/user experience and could possibly redesign the function and usability of these self checkout machines one day. (I’ve talked to some folks at NCR some years ago about it) 🙂
