Got here a day early. Security told me they have over night parking but can’t use it if you’re over ten hours early. Can only use it if your appointment is less than ten hours when you get there. I ended up going to Walmart to park for the night. Walmart is only five minutes away. Next day appointment is at 10:30am got there at 8:15am. Had to sit till 10am before going to receiving. Friendly staff and no issues.

It is usually a bad place to deliver however today they earned their 1 star. There are only 10 trucks in docks out of 30+ doors they have. It seems like the employees are taking it slow so that they can make their hours and get paid. Does Publix have a union? Whatever it is, I don't understand how come management don't do anything to fix their effectiveness. In any case, If you come here be ready to spend between 4 to 8 hours to get unloaded. You can be lucky at times and get unloaded quickly but it all depends if they are in the mood. This is totally a Management issue. They let the employees do this.

People working there have some kind of different level of attitude.
This place is being run by extraordinary people because they believe the drivers already know all their procedures and processes with taking any responsibility and explanations.
Guys this is the 21st Century and you need to keep up with the technology and improvement.

Very well organized easy get in and get out come here atleast 2 ahour before ur appointment expected lines to check in or out my appointment was 8am I was done at 930am my Trailer was full of pet foods I believe there used to be over night parking here but it looks like it’s under construction now 5/18/24

Yahoooooooo! Less than 2 hours from checkin to unloading! This was our 2nd time delivering to this establishment! Folk kind, plenty of space to maneuver and door assignment was quick! I don’t know what it is, but it’s SOMETHING ABOUT THE NAME JESUS! Lol 😂 LOVING IT!

Had a 10am appointment, got there at 5am, checked in and was directed to go park and check in around appointment time in the morning. In and out from check in within 2 hours. Not a bad place at all!

Make sure you back into a dock before going to check in because they’ll ask for dock number and check in on tablet then go to receiving window

Giving it a 3 only because they do have overnight parking and the security staff, receiving clerks were sweethearts. But taking 8 hours for unloading is unacceptable. Now, I may lose the load I was on. Being an owner operator, that's a complete loss. Unloading has to be faster there's no reason for a driver to be stuck here all day.

If you are a driver reading this before you come here. Good luck. Never come here on a Sunday. My appointment was 8am as I'm writing this it's 15:30 as I'm writing.
